I had a great experience at United physiotherapist clinic. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and professional. My physiotherapist Matthew Besant took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explained my treatment plan. I’m excited for my treatments.

The team at United Therapies is amazing. From the first phone call made to book the initial therapy appointment for my son, to now him being a few treatments in, the entire process has been seamless and met with expertise and care. The therapists have taken the time to explain each step to us and have ensured there’s an understanding of both the injury and the recovery process to achieve our shared goal of a full recovery. I have no hesitation in recommending United Therapies to anyone and everyone!

Had my first Knee surgery on Dec 12/24. Went to United Therapies for rehab. Got introduced to Devon made me feel very comfortable from the first time we met. Professional friendly you felt like family. Had the other knee done on May 12/25. No other choice but to go back to Devon at United from the front staff to all the therapists a job well done my Knees are in good hands.

Thanks especially to their physiotherapist Devon who is thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs; and to Sydney who is always friendly and works hard to accommodate everyone.

My daughter suffered a sport related injury at the end of her hockey season and just before playoffs starting. We had attended the hospital to confirm that nothing was broken and was told the pain would pass shortly with no real description, treatment or understanding. We attended and met with Megan who took the time to speak directly to my daughter and not through me which I very much respected. Megan took the time to conduct her own detailed assessment and provided a clear explanation as to what was causing the pain.

Megan took the time to treat the injury, and showed me what to do over the next few days to help with the pain and discomfort.

This provided my daughter with reassurance that she would be able to co to us playing and how to treat it through stretches/massage and taping.

We were able to get an appointment very quickly, everyone was friendly and professional and my daughter left feeling good, in good spirits and very much loved Megan’s treatment.

This was not our first positive experience and I am sure it will not be our last as we are customers for life.
