Front staff was friendly and helpful, and the hygienist (Alex) was great with x-rays and cleaning. Comfortable and easy process, and my teeth feel smooth and look much better now.

I went here because they had a gift card promo.

Office is VERY outdated and its pay parking.

I had fillings done. They were not done properly, leaving me with sensitivity to hot and cold, which I did not have before. Went back to get it fixed and they had the nerve to charge my insurance nearly $200 for their own mistake. Please see the attached photo.

After that appointment, my teeth are still sensitive where the work was done but I will be finding a new, professional dentist as I do not trust their work or charging practices.

They also offer people a gift card for 5 star reviews...

Welcoming and helpful receptionist. Clean environment. I went to this clinic around 5 years ago, and revisited. The technician who did x-ray and dental photos was a novice, so the experience was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, the overall experience was fine.

I went back for the actual filling appointment, and sad to say, the experience was quite uncomfortable. First off, the needle anesthesia was shocking and very painful on one spot as the initial numbing gel was not applied properly. They tried a few attempt to put the rubber den into my mouth, but the angles and technique really hurt my mouth and gums and making me feeling unsafe. The Dr communicated with me and decided not to use the rubber den. The experience was emotional which I rarely had in my past dental visits.

The clinic definitely got the equipment, technique, and friendliness, but somehow I don’t think it’s a clinic for me.

I’ve been going to Coast Dental for close to 10 years now. The practice has changed hands a few times while I’ve been a patient, and I can confidently say this has been my favourite set of staff thus far. The office staff always friendly, checking in and following up via text; which is convenient in my line of work. The hygienists and doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I certainly recommend Coast Dental if you’re looking for a new practice for yourself or family.

I had a great experience today at Coast Dental. My biggest concern when looking for a dentist is finding a clinic that is transparent and honest about costs, and I’m happy to say this was exactly my experience here. The staff was incredibly kind, the cleaning was gentle, and the dentist was both professional and very knowledgeable. I’m really glad I found this clinic and would definitely recommend it.

Hands down, most comfortable and relaxed dentist appointment I've had in my life! The team at Coast Dental knows how to make you feel comfortable during the whole process. I'm typically not a dentist-person at all, but the team was so reassuring and very gentle through the whole cleaning. Usually request a local anesthetic but found that I didn't need to at all this time!
