Had lunch with 8 friends and dropped about $200.00. Several drinks were ordered and never came, food was brought out when ready and not all together, so some were eating and some were not. When we complained the missed drinks were brought and put right in the way of our food and guess what spilled over.
The spilled drinks glass flew into some food. The Manager replaced the food and drink and then here is the kicker charged us for the replacement drink and food with glass in it. Damm!!! When asked for and explanation Jeff acting manager said "You pay for all food, we so busy not really care what you think.
To lose all eight of us over a $2.00 drink and a $5.00 lunch dish is just insane. And what about my pants that are now orange colour with Thai Ice Tea !! I will never eat at this place again. If you want so so food and really lousy service this is the place for you.
Be more of a Canadian Jeff, we are not in Thailand anymore!!
