Unhygienic and Unprofessional.
The food was stale and smelling bad a lot of times, my roommate got food poisoning and when complained about it the owner responded with ‘What can I do’. Very unprofessional and unhygienic. Also, when asked for refund for the stale food they declined. The delivery time was not consistent as well, sometimes it used to arrive at 3 pm and other days it was 10 pm.

Delivery time is so fancy that it’s not possible for anyone to wait for 5-4 hours just to take delivery , no prior information about timing as well. Reason to write this as my food got stolen , I was outside and for call from delivery person which was quite early . Also it’s very hard to reach them for any of query . This is reason I am not continue tiffin service with them .

First and foremost, placing the order is a breeze on their website.
The website is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and select the desired items.
The menu had a multiple options to different dietary preferences(jain). The online ordering system was efficient, and I always received an accurate estimated time for my delivery.
Secondly food quality is amazing, they do have an option to add extra ad ons if needed! Priyank is not just about meeting expectations, but exceeding them with a smile and a willingness to go the extra mile, he is always available if you have a question and responses are speedy too!
