I found Brett after extensive research to find an attorney that specialized in mergers & acquisitions. As a small business owner I was happy to see that he had flat fee packages as that allowed me to plan ahead and budget for his services. One may worry with a flat fee that their attorney would do the minimum but Brett went above and beyond. He was always available and helped every step of the way in negotiating the best deal possible. He was well versed in M&A and I couldn't have closed on a successful deal without him and his expertise!
