I was excited to preserve my wedding flowers here because a friend’s turned out beautifully but my experience was disappointing.

I ordered a framed bouquet and coasters. The coasters came out nice but the flowers in my framed bouquet were heavily purple, even though my wedding flowers were neutral tones. The final piece didn’t resemble my bouquet at all and I just don’t like how they heavily used purple in the layout. I understand that flower colors can change and I read their page about the warning but to go from neutral to purple was such a shock. When the flowers were dropped off they didn't even mention what flowers they are and what they will dry like.

I emailed them to ask whether any dyes had been used because the amount of purple seemed so unexpected. They responded back kindly, saying no dyes were used and they offer a $250 proofing service at the beginning of purchase that I could have gotten. I was honestly shocked by that. For something as meaningful and expensive as wedding flower preservation, I don't think customers should have to pay an additional fee just to preview or approve the design before it's finalized. A proof or at least some communication about the color changes and layouts should be part of the standard process. There was very little communication during the nearly year-long process.

As a designer, I completely understand their professional opinion however good design is also about collaborating with your client. What a designer thinks looks best isn't always what the customer envisions. I just find it odd that they don’t want that collaboration without a fee…

I was offered revisions for an extra 100 but at that point I didn’t feel comfortable paying more and they mentioned it could be risk of the flowers breaking. They never offered a partial refund though.

I’m giving 2 stars because the craftsmanship is nice but the lack of communication and the paid proofing model resulted in a final piece that is a huge disappointment.

I highly recommend Element Flower Preservation for preserving your wedding flowers. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. They were incredibly kind and provided updates every step of the way. The final piece turned out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to have my wedding flowers preserved!

Words can’t describe how beautiful my bouquet and husband’s boutonniere turned out! Our wedding was 8/23/25 and we just received our final products 4/22/26, which was in the 6-9 month timeframe they gave. Everyone was so nice when we first met to decide what we wanted and they made the process so easy. I highly recommend this small business to anyone looking to have their wedding bouquets or any special flowers preserved! Adding a couple pictures from our wedding day to see the original flowers compared to how they turned out as well.

I had a great experience with element preservation. I was able to have a consult prior to my wedding about the process and ordering of the flowers. They were so organized and detailed with the process and kept me up to date with the order over the past 8 months. I was so happy with the outcome! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I got my bouquet pressed at Element after my August 2025 wedding. From the very beginning of the process of working with them, they were so personable! I had the opportunity to briefly speak to someone before I even made my final decision and they were so helpful and considerate in making sure I was getting my flowers preserved in the way I was envisioning them to be. My favorite part of the process with them was having them reach out to me to ask for pictures of the bouquet on the wedding day to make sure the bouquet was replicated as perfectly as possible. And they did exactly that! My bouquet is preserved just as beautifully as I remember it to be on our wedding day. Thank you so much!💗i

I had a destination wedding and ended up loving the flowers that the resort put together. I ended up bringing them home but was at a complete loss of what to do with them. Several days passed before I found Element. They were amazing with getting me in right away before my flowers weren’t able to be used anymore. I just picked up my order (frame and ring dish) and I am completely blown away by how beautiful they are! The owner was so sweet and kind. It truly was an amazing experience and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to preserve your flowers!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this pressed flower shop. They preserved our wedding flowers so beautifully, and the final pieces are truly stunning, we will cherish them forever. The team was wonderful to work with from start to finish: kind, patient, and clearly so passionate about what they do. They worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond to make sure our pieces were finished ahead of time, which meant so much to us.

We also hosted a baby shower at their shop, and it was just as lovely as their work. The space is beautiful, welcoming, and perfect for hosting a special event. We received so many compliments from our guests. Highly recommend! Not only for flower preservation, but also as a gorgeous event space filled with warmth and creativity.

My husband rented their event space to host my 30th birthday, & it was beyond perfect! The aesthetic is amazing, and a huge plus was having the kitchen space to be able to bring our own catering & drinks! Everyone raved about how amazing the space was & I have a feeling we’ll be hosting more events here in the future ☺️🤍

Element Design did an amazing job on my wedding flowers! They paid attention to detail and made all my pieces unique. My wedding had tropical flowers and they look absolutely beautiful preserved.
