Preventative Maintenance was fine. He found, however, that the prior work on cleaning up and repairing damage from rats was not done properly, confirming what another company had alerted us to. I've talked with Priority about the problem a week ago and to date, no response or action.

Priority Pest Control did a great job on my crawl space encapsulation. Adam did a thorough inspection of my crawl space and his recommendations were clear and concise. Adam was available to answer any questions I had before the job. When the job began, Daniel was the lead and he showed me the materials being installed and explained every step he was taking. When the job was done, I inspected the work by Daniel and his team and was very impressed. Great job guys!

We’ve had very good service from Priority Pest Services. They’ve gone over and above to provide excellent customer service to help us with not only pest control but also crawl space issues and service for our dehumidifier in the crawl space. There was an availability for my service earlier than planned because there was another cancellation. That worked out well for me.
The specialist was a fairly large man, which isn't very conducive to climbing around small crawlspaces. He also didn't seem very familiar with the operation of my dehumidifiers and would have skipped checking the second unit if I hadn't shown him the other access panel on the back of the house. But he was very friendly and courteous!
