I have been training at Superfly for almost a year and have no reservations about working out with anyone here. That says a lot about the culture of a gym.

I'm a small, female white belt and no one male or female treats me like I'm beneath rolling with or too delicate to roll with. I'm also impressed by the number of men here who are comfortable rolling with women! They're so respectful even while they're crushing me! 🤣🤣🤣

I would definitely recommend Superfly as a safe place to train. Especially for women!

I have trained at a lot of BJJ schools around the Atlanta area and beyond over the past 17 years. Superfly is by far the most welcoming, positive and fun training environment I’ve experienced. All of the instructors are highly skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. They have an iconic lineage starting with who they received their black belts from: Roan “Jucao” Carneiro. Additionally, all of the students have been very friendly and welcoming. I’m happy to call Superfly my new home on the mats!

I’ve had an excellent experience training at this BJJ academy. From the moment I walked through the door, the environment felt welcoming, structured, and focused on growth. Awesome gym! I just dropped in from out of town and everyone was super welcoming and friendly. The instructor Jake Jo was super knowledgeable and had a great instruction style! He made everything fun and engaging and was able to adjust his explanations to both new and experienced students. I would 10/10 recommend ths gym!

I started with Superfly back in August after moving to the ATL area and I’ve loved it! The people are super welcoming and the place has a very laid back and friendly vibe while also having excellent instruction. Stopped in from out of town to get some extra training in during the holiday season and had a great experience. I took both a beginner and an advanced class, and Jake Jo ran excellent sessions that were well structured and effective for each skill level. The coaches and the community they’ve built are welcoming to all skill levels and personalities. Coaches were attentive during drills and always available for questions or additional demonstrations. The gym was clean, and the mats were soft and well maintained.

Awesome gym! I dropped in while I was visiting and they gave me some solid rolls. Hard training but all subs were applied slowly with control. Jake has an awesome attitude and was eager to have me join his evening class. Everyone I rolled with had solid jiu jitsu. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!
