We got my husbands custom wedding suit here, and it was a 10/10 experience, everything fit perfect and we loved how the final look came out, we even got custom shoes made for him. Overall we very happy with coming here. Such great timeless piece for my husband to have and it’s sentimental for us. John Mitchell was who helped us, and was great every step of the process.

We were traveling to Florida for a soccer tournament and I wanted to purchase a suit for my son that’s a senior in high school for prom/graduation. John Mitchell at Balani Orlando/Tampa made my first tuxedo purchase for my wedding a blast. John went through multiple fabrics with me until we found a beautiful black velvet. He helped guide me towards the best tuxedo pant for the jacket as well.

John is well-experienced with all of the fabrics, and helped educate me on choosing the right fabric, cuffs, colors, pants, tie, and more for each occasion. It was like having my own stylist and he was a lot of fun to work with/ He also kept me steered in the right direction as I tend to get overwhelmed with so many choices.

John was timely and made sure all my alterations were completed in time.

After a very disappointing experience at SuitSupply in Tampa, I’m incredibly grateful we found Carl Axen Clothier.

I had made an appointment at SuitSupply to get a custom suit for my wedding, but from the moment I arrived, it was clear my time wasn’t valued. I wasn’t acknowledged for 15 minutes, then told someone would be with me shortly. After another 45 minutes, I was brought to a waiting room to try on a shirt that didn’t come close to fitting. My assigned salesperson disappeared to help other customers—despite my appointment. After more than an hour, I left without a suit and extremely frustrated.

On our drive home (over an hour away), my fiancé searched Google and came across Carl Axen Clothier. We emailed him and received an immediate response. Setting up an appointment was effortless, and he even offered the option of coming to my home for measurements.

I was nervous since I had never purchased a custom suit before, but Carl instantly put me at ease. We spent over two hours going through every detail—styles, fabrics, combinations, and incredibly thorough measurements. Carl was an absolute pleasure to work with, and the experience couldn’t have been more different than my earlier one.

The suit took about 4–5 weeks to complete, and when it arrived, it was perfect in every way. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day.
