I've always loved Cheeks and have been a fan since they first opened in Pasadena, I'm pretty sure that I've given them a 5 star review on here a while back for the West Adams location, and I even had a subscription with them for around 2 years. However, after taking a break due to some international travels and pregnancy, I recently returned for a prenatal facial, and with prior experience and trust in the company, and knowing that it's been a while since I had an extraction, I booked a 90 min Spoil Me appointment instead of the usual Pamper me 60min appointment.

Unfortunately, I've deeply disappointed by the treatment I received. The technician did not do a gentle manual extraction like they usually did (dispite the ample 90min booking time), instead she did a rough mechanical extraction, and I'm not sure what she used on my face but the chemical she used before the extraction burned. I left the place thinking that it might recover in a day or two like with some rougher extrusions I've experienced before, but it's been 2 weeks now, patches of skin on my chin have gone through peeling and scabbing. It left scars. This might be the worst experience I've had with Cheek's & Co, and isn't consistent with what I had experienced before, and it's ironic that I paid for a longer and more expensive treatment than usual just to get a sub-par result. I was considering to restart my subscription there, but now, all I hope for is for the scars to go away.

brows tinted and shaped by Bemnia! Both her and Melanie were so hospitable, they even gave me a face wash to try ahead of my brow tinting. THey explained everything that they were doing and I felt so comfortable. Super clean and i loveee my brows. i was in shock as a first timer!

I got a brow lamination, tint, and cleanup done and I absolutely love the results! My brows have never looked this full and polished. Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This is my second visit to Cheeks+Co. I am a big fan of how clean the spa is and all the aestheticians are super friendly.
However, my left cheek started showing a burning scar 2 hours after my 3pm appointment yesterday. It was probably caused by the exfoliation product that was being used on my face and the amount of time it was staying on my face. It would be nice if they could ask some general information about how sensitive my skin reacts to peeling products before applying it. My aesthetician was super sweet overall and I like how attentive she was.

Updated: the customer services are top tier. I got a message from Karlee right away and Karlee was super caring. She offered me a healing solution with LED light therapy. I went back on Thursday and got the therapy done. It was really effective and the scar is gone this morning!

I LOVE CHEEKS AND CO!! The environment is very calming and soothing. I received my very first facial here and it was a lovely experience. My esthetician was knowledgeable and friendly. I have since gone back for their products (which i loveeee), and facial brow shaping. Brow lamination and lash lift are next!

I stopped by Cheeks + Co in West Adams for a 90-minute facial with Tina. The space was warm and inviting. Tina was kind and seemed very knowledgeable about skincare. I enjoyed the facial and was even able to doze a bit because of how relaxed I felt. My skin appeared and felt cleaner afterwards. I appreciated that most of the products were vegan-friendly, and when I asked for only vegan products to be used, Tina was able to accomodate (she just used a different lip product because the regular lip balms have beeswax.) I would recommend Cheeks + Co for anyone looking to get a relaxing, high-quality facial.

The one thing that I would say to keep in mind is that there isn't dedicated parking available. However, I went on a Saturday and there was plenty of parking available on S Orange Dr. It is in front of a school, so the parking might not be as available during the school week. However, there should be other street parking available in the area -- just make sure you allow enough time to find it.

Booked a facial for myself and Anna gave me a great experience today. The place is very clean and cozy and the front desk is very friendly, too. Anna helped me to decide my facial today and she was very gentle through the whole hour and always ask me before the next step. Highly recommend this place!
