I just made my first purchase with this company. Of the hundreds of auction house I deal with, Royal estate has exceeded the majority. I am entirely impressed with the efficiency and service. Thank you Royal Estate auctions - I’ll be back!

They tried to call me during the auction, and because I didn’t answer the phone, they blocked me from bidding. I attempted to call them back, but I was told I needed to do so during business hours and to send an email instead.

Later, I received an email from the president of the company explaining why I was unable to bid; however, despite this explanation, I was still suspended from participating in the auction.

Updated review: I gave a low review as the product I bid on was different than the one I received. The owner immediately contacted me and worked through a satisfying resolution, apologizing for the mix up. He has integrity and I would not hesitate to deal with Royal Estates again.

I recently won a 36" x 18" x 72" steel 2-dr storage cabinet from the auction house and today I went to pick up my item in Brampton, ON. The check-in girls were very nice, friendly and efficient having everything in order. I started following one of them to look for my cabinet but she was intercepted by Sean, who was in charge of this auction. We went to where the cabinet was supposed to be, but it had been apparently moved.

Sean and I traversed all 3 floors and the basement of this very large senior residence that was being decommissioned and we just could not find my cabinet. Except for one similar cabinet with some minor damage on it, all the other 6 plus cabinets appeared to have disappeared - someone else had scooped them up!!!

In the end, Sean refunded my auction payment, gave me the slightly damaged cabinet we did find, and threw in a slightly smaller Suncast 2-door resin storage cabinet that didn't seem to be in the auction lots, as a "consolation" for the trouble. We must have spent two hours going through the building floors and a few times got misdirected in some of the wings!!! And he certainly didn't have to do it either! But he did, and he even moved the two cabinets to my car to load! Golly, gosh darn, but talk about dedicated service! Sean had it in SPADES ♥

Thank you all for the excellent experience and best resolving my issue, even to your loss. I will look forward to bidding in another auction knowing without a doubt that this company's customer service is beyond top notch!!!

My experience with Royal Estate Auctions was indeed exceptional. The lady attending was gracious, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. All the items I received are spectacular and I need to highlight that photographing and the documenting of each item is exceptionally good. I highly recommend dealing with Royal Estate for their expertise and user friendly process! They have gained my trust.

I see a lot of negative reviews, which I'm honestly shocked about. This is my favorite auction house on Hibid actually, and I decided to see if their reviews reflected this. I have had nothing but good experiences with Royal Estate, and while I understand miscommunications happen, the items received are spectacular, the photographing and document of the items is top-notch (and actually even enviable for those of us who actually have practice with product photography). I would recommend Royal Estate, I have a lot of trust in them and their items, I hope in the future people can have just as excellent an experience.
