I have been going to the Retina Health Center since a diabetic event caused a major issue in my right eye. It required lots of treatment. Waiting period in two lobbies is long but worth the wait given a top notch nursing staff until seeing the doctor. Dr. Eaton is gold. I was sad to see Dr. Graverson take a leave of absence but understand her desire to care for her child. She is a quality person and professional.

Dr. Eaton is a very intelligent and knowledgeable doctor. I feel very confident with him. His staff is friendly and fun. The only thing I don't like is the wait time.

Doctor Definitely works on volume
Over 30 minute wait to get to step one, then another hour wait after dilation and two quick scans, and I mean quick. Tech had no personality at all. Then another 15 minute wait for doctor to come into exam room, he spent all of 2 minutes looking in my eyes. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a very good doctor but has no bed side manner, just socially inept.

Doctor Eaton is an excellent physician. Staff well qualified and friendly. I never worry about the wait time, because I know Doctor Eaton will do his best to look after each patient. Because if you have something unforeseen, he often can take care of it right then. So I give him the grace to do that for others ahead of me. Very thankful for Dr. Eaton and his staff.

Dr. Eaton and his staff are very professional.Loving and kind people.They treat you with respect, you're not just a simple patient coming into his office to get your eyes examined.He takes his time with everyone, and so does the nurses and all the staff that works there with him I give them 1000% Praise for the Great services they give Us . Waited two hours to see doctor! 9:30 apt. Took me T 11:25. My time is as valuable as the next persons! 87 yrs old and had to wait 2 hrs not to nentiion person who took me had to wait also! Very disappointed and upset!!

Just showed up for my very important follow up meeting only to be told my doctor is no longer with the practice. Office staff said multiple notices were sent out but while I was there 4 other patients showed up for their appointments. Told go to Naples or find another doctor. Very poor planning. Unhelpful staff. Poorly run practice. Steer clear by all means if at all possible. Handed me a packet and said “good luck.” Never been treated like this by medical professionals.

Care is thorough and staff is pleasant. MAJOR complaint is the excessive time we wait around from one test to the next. 3plus hours is too much especially for us older patients.

I waited on the phone tdy to make appt - over 1hr ths morning- but over 1 hr ths afternoon:
My husband eye sight has deteriorated drastically and he has been a patient there.
I decided to go take the actual office- to my DELIGHT the two women there understood how I felt about the poor service. DeAdrian and Simone made me FEEL CARED FOR AND went out of their way to get us to the Dr.
THEY ARE MY HEROES! Great service LADIES
