I cannot say enough great things about the AV team at AV America. They truly went above and beyond to make our event seamless and impactful. From the very beginning, their communication, flexibility, and attention to detail stood out. They didn’t just “provide AV services” they became a true partner in ensuring our event was a success.
A special shoutout to Greg Palvisak , who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. His calm, solutions-oriented approach gave us complete confidence, even when last-minute changes came up. Greg anticipated needs before we even voiced them, handled every detail flawlessly, and ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes so we could focus on our guests and content.
The quality of the audio, visuals, and overall production elevated our event far beyond expectations. Every cue was spot-on, every transition seamless, and their professionalism was evident at every step.
If you’re looking for an AV partner who is reliable, proactive, and genuinely invested in your success, I highly recommend this team. We will absolutely work with them again for future events.

Very professional group! We host a meeting of about 70 people face-face along with others joining via Teams.

This was our first time using AV-America and certainly not our last. They met our requirements to the “T” and was very flexible when we had to make some mid course corrections.

Awesome Team!

Eric and team were simply amazing! Responsive, quick to pivot, had real life pricing (!) and a pleasure to work with. Wish I could take their AV everywhere!

Excellent AV Company! We hired AV-AMERICA to handle a 300 person event in Orlando at a major hotel with about 10 ballrooms requiring AV, head-sets, video cameras, monitors, laptops, etc. They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and downright nice guys! Highly recommend.

We hired AV-America and working with Eric and his team was so amazing, they were so knowledgeable at providing the AV equipment needed. We requested the LED screen, they work with us with the size needed, the room set-up, they were fast and very professional, during the meeting the team support was fantastic. They set-up conference room that were needed in such short notice. We will definitely have them for our future event. Thank you!

I hired AV-AMERICA for a high-stakes professional conference TV monitor rental, and they exceeded expectations. Their team was punctual, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The equipment was top-quality, and once scheduled, they handled all the logistics for drop-off and pick-up seamlessly.

I highly recommend AV-AMERICA to any company in need of reliable electronic equipment for conferences or trade shows. They make the process effortless and deliver exceptional service.
