I was searching for a team to help get rid of the last haul in anticipation of putting the home on the market. I was fortunate to find Classic Cleanout. Chris and Antony were super efficient and timely. They got right to work and were respectful of property. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need.

I can’t say enough good things about this junk removal company—they absolutely blew me away from start to finish.

From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, responsive, and incredibly professional. They scheduled me بسرعة (same-day availability, which was a lifesaver), and showed up exactly on time—already a great sign. The crew was polite, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing.

What really stood out was how efficient they were. I had a garage full of old furniture, broken appliances, and years of clutter, and they cleared everything out and carefully—without damaging anything in the process. They even swept up afterward, leaving the space cleaner than I expected.

Pricing was completely transparent—no hidden fees, no surprises. In fact, for the level of service they provided, I felt like I got an amazing deal.

On top of all that, they made an effort to donate and recycle items whenever possible, which I really appreciated.

If you’re looking for a stress-free, professional, and reliable junk removal service, this is the company to call. I’d recommend them 100% and will definitely be using them again!

We had an outstanding experience with Classic Cleanouts last week. The 4 guys were extremely professional, efficient, hardworking and were careful to not knick or damage any walls or hard wood floors as they were moving large pieces of furniture. The communication with the office staff and with the guys about their arrival was great. I highly recommend them and will hire them again if we have a need.

Well, I found out why the dumpster rental was cheaper than all the others. The contract states that I had a 21 day rental, and if I wanted to keep it longer, I would need to call the office and let them know that I authorized them to charge me $15/day extra. Any logical person would know that means they would automatically pick it up on the 21st day, right? Nope. They let the dumpster sit there. If I had to call to get it picked up in the first place, I obviously would have. I called twice to get it picked up, both times they said they would speak to someone and call me right back, and I was blown off both times. It finally got picked up (I at least got a text an hour before to let me know) then I quickly get emailed an invoice for an additional week of use that I didn't want, and an overweight fee, which doesn't make sense to me either. I filled it to the line, and there was nothing overly heavy in there, but whatever. It would have been nice to speak to someone who could actually help me, but whoever answers their phone seem only be able to relay messages to someone in charge. It was going to be the first of many dumpster rentals with them, but now I'll have to find a new company to work with.

**Update**
Ron called me after he saw this review. He apologized for the poor communication, and refunded the extra day charges. He honestly appreciated my feedback, and agreed that the the terms explained on the contract was indeed confusing. I really appreciate him caring and following up, so I will be giving them another shot.

Mario and Norm from Classic Cleanouts did a great job removing several large and unwanted items from our house and garage. They came prepared with the right tools to dismantle the equipment and move it out of the house seamlessly. Plus, they were upfront with the pricing-no surprises. I'll definitely be calling on them again! Thx!
