Just picked up my first watch from Ben at Ralle watches! He has a great selection and has quite the operation. He showed me around the shop - very impressive. I really enjoyed talking watches with him. He builds unique watches of all styles. If you are a watch lover - this is a must stop!!

Excellent store and top notch experience. Ben cares about this craft deeply, and it’s extremely evident in any visit you make and the product he provides. He’s the best in the city, especially compared to larger jewelers when it comes to watch repairs and builds. I was blown away by the inventory and service, I brought a friend from out of town in the next day who was equally impressed. 10/10 experience if you’re a watch enthusiast in southern New Hampshire you’re greatly missing out if you haven’t been.

My husband visited the store with my son for him to have a piece of NH craftsmanship for his (our son's) 30th birthday. They were assisted by Jannick who was very pleasant and professional. David picked the NeXus black day/date with stainless band. Jannick fielded their questions and though the owner (Ben) was out of town, she promptly FaceTimed with him so he could assist them. With Ben's instruction over FaceTime, Jannick resized the band to David's wrist and Ben went over the process of setting the watch with David as well as describing the features of the movement of the timepiece. A great experience for both! Thank you Ben and Jannick! Pam & Norm Gagnon, Manchester NH.

I just went in to Rallé Watches to get a watch my father gave me fixed (new band) and check out their selection of watches. They had a lot of bands to look at, a lot of really cool watches, and the owner Ben was super friendly and accommodating. He got me taken care of right away and I planned to go back soon to get a Rallé watch. Highly recommend!

This fantastic watch has secured its place in my daily routine and will continue to Monopolize wrist time for the future ahead. Beautiful sunburst silver dial and Roman numerals, paying homage to an absolute classic in the watch world. It has a Sapphire crystal, durable stainless steel, seiko quartz movement and all that WITHOUT sacrificing A quality finish comparable to Micro-brands 3x the price. The chain mesh bracelet makes this one of the most comfortable options out of my entire collection. The Astoria has already proven to be an amazing conversation piece with an amazing backstory. After all, it is a rare feat in the hobby to say your watch was designed and made by hand by a true watchmaker in the very state you reside. I will be coming back again for my next watch after he told me he uses the Automatic NH35A seiko movement in other lines. I will be rating this watch, and my visit to the location in the highest esteem. Instead of reaping the cost of another big brand, save your hard earned money and get a Rallé watch the next time you get the itch. It is, and will be, worth it in every regard.
