I took the 2 day remote first aid course based at Camp Samac in Oshawa. The course was well run, and had a good balance of content and conversation among participants. The practice scenarios and walks allowed us to get real training in different emergencies. The instructor Bree was highly knowledgeable, a good facilitator and ensured that everyone in the class had a good understanding of the material. I would highly recommend this remote first aid course.

I took the Wilderness First Aid course in April. Staff were kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instructors Bree and Jimbo were amazing; they obviously care about the craft and really enjoy people, so we learned a ton of extremely important skills and shared many stories and laughs. Erika the owner was very, very helpful and supportive.

I had a great experience with this First Aid/CPR class. The instructor was very informative and had a calm teaching style that made learning comfortable and easy. The class was engaging, and the time went by quickly. It’s also great to see they are part of the Durham Chamber of Commerce. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing certification.

Amazing place to get your certifications from. Easily the best place compared to others! Jae was a fantastic instructor, very knowledgeable, funny, and open person! She was accompanied by Paul as well, who was an instructor in-training, but did a fantastic job making the course fun and interactive for all. It wasn’t a sit down for 2 days course at all, but instead a fun and engaging course and I was glad to have come here! Definitely recommend for all! Also very easy to socialize with others here and discuss!!

I have nothing but high praise for this place. I attended their class on April 3rd with no idea what I was getting into, but left full of knowledge and the ability to save a life.

The information was expertly communicated, including plenty of demonstrations and active coaching on properly performing CPR on both infant and adult dolls.

Highly recommend!

Our workplace had the CPR AED training provided by Brad. I have taken the course several times throughout my career and was blown away by the professional knowledge that Brad had. He was fun, engaging, respectful, so incredibly knowledgable and kept the long day rolling.

By far, this has been the best first aid training I've ever had. Kuddos to Erika and her team. Thank you to Brad, you are an absolute ace.

Just took this course February 21st and 22nd.
Very informative and covers everything you need to know as a first aider.
This is the second time I've used Durham first aid,would highly recommend.
Brad was a terrific instructor and answered all your questions and explained everything so you leave with a great understanding.

I opted for the in-person 2 day delivery for cpr and first aid, and it was very engaging. Our instructor was Brad who had clear explanations, lots of patience, and in depth details or anecdotes to help remember each lesson better. The equipment was excellent to get to practice with, and more hands-on than many workplace provided sessions.

The process for registration was very simple. My husband and I did the blended learning and the course was very easy to follow online. I liked that you can do the classroom portion on the weekends. We went on a Sunday, the instructor Jay was very knowledgeable and made the day a fun and informative one. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!

Brad is an amazing instructor! He taught the class for BSL/CPR and it was great. He’s funny, witty, and extremely knowledgeable! We loved having him as our instructor. Definitely request him if possible. You’ll learn a lot.
