That urgent care in port square is amazing.Great customer service.They were on time and they took very good care of me.And I was pleased with their service. The doctors were amazing and the front girls that work at the desk were fantastic, very thorough quick, got to the problem they solved for me. Immediately, the whole staff is amazing, keep up the good work ladies, you are incredible and you have a gift of helping sick people out there continue to always do what you do and God will reward you in all different ways. I appreciated having the ability to check in prior to my visit. The app, while it could use some accessibility enhancements, Was pretty easy to use. When I arrived at the urgent care center, they were actually able to see me early. The care I received was great. Overall, it was a good visit.

8:15 appointment, no other patients there, not seen until 9:15
The over reach in personal information is absurd. Went for an X-ray on hand, had to answer questions about menopause, and more questions about my life than my primary care doctor asks. The data collection is used- the clause saying we use your data if it helps improve the business operations. You also have to give a copy of your drivers license front and back. So just know going to urgent care you give away your personal data and you are likely not seen close to when you book an appointment.

I had a recent visit to a local urgent care and wanted to share a positive experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen in a timely manner — first by the RN, who took the time to listen carefully and document my concerns, and then by the MD, who was thorough, attentive, and thoughtful in discussing my symptoms and next steps.

I especially appreciated how seriously they took my health issue. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were addressed clearly and respectfully.

Lab results were processed promptly, and I received a prescription quickly so I could begin treatment right away.

I'm grateful for the care and highly recommend the team.

Phenomenal experience. I went on Sunday morning first thing, no one was there so I didn’t wait at all. The nurse and the doctor, Maya, were both super friendly and efficient. It took all of 6 minutes. I left and they called me within 5 minutes of my drive home with my results. Highly recommend!

This was the easiest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment online and was in and put in 30 minutes. Front desk, MA and Physician were all incredibly nice and helpful!

All staff from the front desk to the office were lovely. The place is clean and big. Defiantly a place I’ll go back to again but it would mean I’m not feeling well so hopefully not too soon.
