I absolutely love Balance House Cafe. Everything on the menu is thoughtfully curated from top to bottom, and you can truly feel the quality in every detail. They use the highest quality ingredients and are so intentional about what they serve, there’s a level of integrity and transparency here that’s hard to find. You can tell they care deeply about what they’re putting into people’s bodies. On top of that, the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s one of those places that just feels good to be in.

We visited downtown St Petersburg while staying in St Pete beach for a week. We stumbled upon this gem while looking for matcha. The ceremonial matcha was top notch and the menu also offered Colostrum, peptides, and other adaptogenic options. I went with the iced matcha latte topped with colostrum cold foam and my daughter had the strawberry rose iced matcha latte. Both were about $11 each, but worth every sip. The ambiance was warm and inviting, while also staying true to the Floridian vibes and artistic culture. We loved our experience so much, we came back the next day on our way to the airport. This time I took advantage of the red light, sauna, cold plunge nextdoor. The first visit is only $35 and such a great way to kill time before a flight. The vibes here were 💯 The finish materials, lighting, and ambient music made it a very calming environment. They had a signature aroma from the diffuser. The kind assistance from the staff made this an absolute must if you’re in town visiting or live close by.

I've tried the mango macho, the strawberry matcha and now the cowboy cold brew... The matcha here is probably some of my favorite in the whole city. The strawberry especially. Very nice clean environment. Can see myself coming back here to get some computer work done during the week.

Randomly ran into Balance House and loved it from the first second, awesome people, super nice vibe, clean and high end facilities, everything super awesome.

Whether you are new to to sauna and cold plunge or you love it, you gotta try it. They have an epic 2 week unlimited trial, get it!

Connected to a sauna & cold plunge (whoa, so cool!) and serves some of the best matcha in st pete. Good quality matcha with creative pairings like mango and sparkling water. Very artisan. Nice big open space with lots of light. Haven’t tried the coffee but seems craft. One of my favorite spots in St. Petersburg. Also the team is super kind.

Balance House Cafe is an incredible coffee spot. They use filtered water and high‑quality beans, and you can taste the difference in every cup. The staff are amazingly friendly, and the beautiful aesthetic makes it a place you actually want to spend time in. Highly recommend
