The worst! Always always always dirty. Looks like it hasn't been swept in months cut locks just laying there, ashes, trash on floor same Wendy's cup sat on floor for 4 weeks! Carts limited or broken! You pay for climate controlled but it's hot as hell in there would have been better off saving money going with outdoor unit since nothing is truly protected from heat especially! Smells like weed smoke most of the times I've gone in there. Rent damn near doubled after 3 months!

The units are very nice and clean. The price is great for the unit I have and they remind me to pay before the first which is very important to me. There the best by far then any other places that I have rented from. Thumbs up

Super easy to work with. The atmosphere was very clean professional. Bryant, at the front desk was super warm and friendly!

The cost of renting a unit is EXTREMELY high, especially given the state of the property. It is accumulated weeks of mess and the building constantly reeks of mildew and marijuana. There is debris including glass and dirty bandaids in the hallways.
There is only one functioning flat cart available that I've seen lately. The one in the photo has had both wheels broken off. The door at the central point of the building has a broken keypad so it cannot be entered at that point. And the front gate is constantly open and nonfunctioning as far as I can tell.

Run away from this place as fast as you can you will save your self time and money. Disrespectful management and employers who don't care about you the customers. I get paid the next following day when the late fees is added to your bill and told the manager I get paid the next day once a month and can you guess work with me and she was the rudest person I've talked to at a business in a long time and told me they will not work with me. So that should tell you so much right there what to expect from here.

I went from paying 50 some bucks shy from 60 a month when I first got the unit last year. And no I'm paying 168 a month with that late fee charge and the sad thing is after I asked them again about the late fee charge they raised the rent on me to try I hurt me more or to make an example of what happens when you ask them for something. I also have a pole in the middle of my unit which I've asked for a different unit 6 times now and got ignored when I talked to the district manager who told me yes the ppl at the office says no. Trash is everywhere as soon as you pull up to the doors at every door. No bathrooms, no lighting in the unit at all. They provide carts to use but only have 3 if they all have the wheels on them which they usually never have all 4.
