Worst place you can ever go. It started by having to wait 15 minutes to be seated. people walking by a couple of times....then one finally spoke as she kept on walking by.......walking by a few more times then finally seated us. At first we thought they were busy so we didn't mind. When we finally were seated we notice 1 other group in the restaurant. They were not busy at all. When the waitress finally comes to greet us she brings us water and takes our order as we had enough time to look over the menu several times by now. About 10-15 minutes later she finally brings out the breadstics that were not even warm with almost frozen butter. Good luck eating that. Not to mention they were obviously not fresh and rubbery. We finally get our food and the waitress says she will be right back with parmesan cheese.........we waited for a bit........then we just started eating. We ordered the fettuccine with cream sauce.........I'm not sure you can actualy call that a sauce as it was very liquidy and had no flavor to it at all. The waitress finally comes back about 20 minutes after we finish eating........without parmesan cheese of course. Our glasses now completely dry from sitting empty on the table for so long, the waitress finally comes back with the bill. I asked her if she was still bringing us the parmesan cheese and she froze as if I said something wrong........

All in all if you are looking for terrible service and bland food go here........otherwise go find some food in the dumpster being an apartment building.........at least there will be some flavor there and it's self serve so you don't need to wait.

Ordered their Chicken Scalopinni Alla Marsala ($21.50). It came on a medium plate, what looked like SMALL breasts of chicken in a bit of sauce with some halved mushrooms. Just by looking you could tell the chicken had been frozen and was freezer burned. Cut it and it's all stringy (as chicken gets when it has been frozen for a while). Crunchy around the edges from freezer burn and it tasted horrid. I would expect fresh chicken and a decent portion at that price! Sauce was thin and a non-entity. We sent it back and ordered Fettuccine Alla Marinara ($17.00) instead, thinking we should be safe with pasta at an Italian restaurant. We were served a small portion of fettuccine with big chunks of fake crab, and small bits of scallop and (I think) shrimp (both of which had clearly also been frozen and freezer-burned). The appetizer of calamari was good (albeit heavier breading and greasy) and the bread served beforehand was nice, but the main food served wasn't worth $5 let alone what they ask for it! Save yourself the trouble and go to somewhere like Sorrento's. Way better food and twice the amount for the price (at least).
