Karen and Jimmy are absolutely top-notch in their industry. I received five different quotes before moving forward, and the pricing, recommendations, and timelines were all over the place. I found Spartan Exteriors by chance—and from that point on, all my concerns disappeared.

Jimmy took the time to walk me through multiple options, from partial board repairs to a full tear-off, explaining everything clearly and honestly. We ultimately decided on a full tear-off, along with new gutters and guards—and I couldn’t be happier with that decision.

The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Karen was incredible—extremely responsive and always available to answer questions, whether it was a Sunday afternoon or midweek morning. She also handled all the warranty details for the GAF shingles, and I received full confirmation directly from GAF, which gave me even more confidence in the work.

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job. The roof and gutters look amazing, and the cleanup was just as impressive—you wouldn’t have known they were there if it weren’t for the brand-new roof. Not a nail left behind.

What really stood out was their commitment to quality even after the job was done. A few months later, after I installed a tankless water heater, Jimmy came back to adjust the boot around the exhaust to ensure everything was still perfect. That level of care and accountability is rare.

As a GC it is hard to find personable and reliable people who perform excellent work. My mother, who currently resides in New Jersey needed assistance with her roof, I took the time to research and speak with multiple companies in the area, James and the team at Spartan did a fantastic job with execution and delivery , made the process very easy for me and my mother ! Highly recommended!!!

James and the Spartan roof crew did an amazing job after a recent storm in which my house had several leaks. James came out the next morning to temporarily tarp my roof, and two days later he replaced the entire roof. The crew was friendly, clean, and completed the project in one day. Highly recommend!
