Excellent, prompt service, close to home. Had my motor and springs replaced at a competitive price compared to other quotes received in the area. All work came with a warranty. My installer was polite and professional, he was mindful of my budget and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary equipment or labor. I will highly recommend Union Garage Door Repair to anyone who needs good work done at a fair price.

After we got home and tried to shut down the garage door, the door got stuck on top and sprang right back. We tried several times and finally the door completely gave in and really got stuck and was uneven. We immediately called Union because they are the closest to our home and they have good reviews. Mike arrived promptly, explained everything thoroughly and addressed our concerns and questions very patiently and professionally. After having discussion of different options, he then put everything back on tract, replaced both springs and cables, rebalanced, maintained and lubricated the whole system. We couldn't be any happier. Mike saved our day. We are very grateful for Mike's help in time and also David's from the office. We highly recommend Union Garage Doors & Gates Repair.

5 stars! My garage door motor died unexpectedly, and he came out the same day to install a new one. Don’t waste time to find another company cause Mike will give you results. Affordable, honest, and excellent craftsmanship. Thanks, Mike—highly recommend!

Asher came out and got to work immediately. He was up front about cost and even helped me move a bunch of our stuff our of the way (another packed garage story, yes). I'd recommend him. He also inspected the assembly and clearly showed me some cracked mounts as well, plus our worn cable drums. All in all, we are pleased with our 'now working again' garage door, plus it's much smoother now. Thanks again!

We had an issue with our gate motor (from 2006), and Mickey was absolutely amazing. He came out, checked everything thoroughly, and clearly explained all of our options—from replacing individual parts to upgrading the entire system, including different price points. He answered every question we had and was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and kind throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was his efficiency. While other Los Angeles gate companies either didn’t respond or took too long to get back to us, Mickey had already diagnosed the issue and completed the job by the time we heard from anyone else. He’s fast, professional, and extremely thorough.
Overall, we had an excellent experience. Mickey is a great person and an even better worker. We will absolutely be using him again in the future and highly recommend him over other gate companies in Los Angeles.

I cannot recommend Union Garage Door Company in Redondo Beach highly enough. We had the pleasure of working with Mike, who was truly outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every detail, making sure we fully understood what needed to be replaced and why.
It is rare to find someone so trustworthy in this industry. Mike even went the extra mile by coming out on a Sunday just to follow up and ensure everything was still working perfectly. He made it very clear that he is available anytime if we have concerns. If you want honest, high-quality service, ask for Mike!
