​I recently moved into Cortland Delray Station, and I am so proud to live here. There is nothing better than coming home every day to a beautiful, clean property and a beautifully maintained unit.
​The team here is exceptional. The maintenance manager, Jose, is absolutely phenomenal—he is attentive and truly cares about the community and its residents. Camille, the new office manager, is equally fantastic; she is professional, efficient, and makes a point to follow up regularly.
​Whenever I’ve had any concerns, they have been incredibly quick to respond, providing constant updates and follow-ups until everything was completely resolved. They truly make this a great place to live, and I would recommend Cortland Delray Station to anyone!

I have nothing but praise for my main man Jose. His service is top notch. To start off he is one of the friendliest guys you will ever meet, he knows just about everyone in the community and makes it his job to make sure that you are completely satisfied living here. When I say he goes above and beyond he truly does. The service is impeccable, any issues small to large he will make sure they get resolved. If for whatever reason he cannot resolve it immediately he doesn't make any promises he cannot keep. He will give you a realistic timeline and follow up with you but still ensure it does get resolved at the of the day. He is definitely one of the reasons you should move in. Give this man a raise and a medal.

I called this community home for 8 years and had a wonderful experience. The service staff and community managers were always attentive and helpful whenever I needed anything. I didn't have any issues during my entire stay, and the team made living here feel seamless and well-supported.
One of the best parts was the location—the proximity to Atlantic Ave and the beach is unbeatable! It’s a reliable, friendly, and perfectly situated place to live. Highly recommend!

I toured 12+ apartment communities in a single day, plus several more the week prior, so I had a lot to compare against — and Alycia genuinely stood out.

From the moment we started the tour, she was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. She answered every question thoroughly, never rushed the process, and made sure I felt informed rather than “sold to.”

I’m in sales myself, so I can immediately tell when someone actually has strong sales skills versus just going through the motions. I’m also not an easy close by any means, and Alycia handled the entire interaction exceptionally well. Her follow-up was thoughtful and consistent, and her approach felt genuine, not pushy.

Although I ultimately didn’t move forward with this community solely due to pricing, I still wanted to go out of my way to recognize Alycia. She did her job extremely well, represented the property professionally, and made the touring process a great experience overall.

If you’re touring here, ask for Alycia — she’s excellent at what she does and a pleasure to work with.

I just renewed our lease because Cortland Delray Station has been such a wonderful experience living here. From wonderful community events to an office and maintenance staff that are eager to help, friendly, and take time out of their day to just ask how you’re doing, Cortland Delray really makes you feel at home.

The staff at Cortland Delray Station goes above and beyond. Especially Jose! Jose is quick, attentive, and always friendly. Honestly the best staff I’ve had in years of renting.

The grounds are well maintained and there’s a ton of community events, like food trucks, free drinks, free breakfast bars or taco lunches, stuff out by the pool, and more. Seriously, love living here!!!
