Honestly, moving in general is extremely stressful in itself. But moving into Cortland, the management team AND Maintenance team made my move so smooth and seamless. If it wasn’t for Drew and Shay helping me and being so quick n efficient with my walk through. Which made me feel even more welcomed into my new home.
But!! Smarling, (MVP, maintenance team) he was the one who really was very thorough, installed everything I needed and made me feel safe to know I can live comfortably in my new home.
Cortland Hollywood location has been genuine, thoughtful and really supportive of my move. Really looking forward to living here and making it my dream home. Thank you guys so much.

I’ve been living in this community for five years, and I can honestly say that the happiness of the residents depends so much on great customer service. I have been truly impressed by how much the customer service has improved over the years.

I especially want to recognize Drew. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, she happily took the time to show us the three-bedroom apartments because we currently live in a two-bedroom and are hoping to transfer. She was also so sweet with our son, which meant a lot to us.

Drew truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you for making us feel valued as residents!

Thank you Drew!!!!

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place in excellent condition.

I especially want to thank Drew and Cheo. They were incredibly welcoming, easy to communicate with, and always made sure I was taken care of. They genuinely care about their guests, and it shows in every interaction.

This has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had, and I’m grateful for their hospitality. This my first week and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here over again and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with hosts who truly go above and beyond. Thank you again, Drew and Cheo, for making me feel so welcome!

I’ve lived in a lot of places over the years, and I can honestly say David is one of the best maintenance managers I’ve ever encountered. No matter what the issue is, he’s incredibly quick to respond and always gets the job done right. It honestly seems like there’s nothing he can’t fix. Beyond that, he’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents here. Whenever something comes up, you never feel like you’re bothering him. He makes you feel like he’s got your back and will take care of it. A great maintenance manager can make a huge difference in your experience living somewhere, and David is a big reason this community feels like home. We’re very lucky to have him. Every property needs a David!
