This small company headed up bya young lady, Lisa was a joy to work with. I recieved same day service and was greeted by two young men happy to be their for me. Their effort to haul away a king mattress was virtually effortless. I was impressed with their communication skills through txt msg so I would know what time to expect them. It was a pleasure working with Lisa and the young guys. Whole experience was stress free. Highly recommend these folks. Price was lowest of the three calls I made.

Louis and Lezbeth, thank you both for being amazing! I received services at almost half the cost, with no surprise charges. Customer service was A+++! Plus, being able to get same day service, at the time I scheduled was such a blessing. Thank you Junk Begun for your help and for your professionalism.

From the start they made it quick & easy to get a decent quote. Scheduling was fast and Angel kept in good contact with me the day of, giving me updates regarding when his crew would arrive. They came & removed 3 large pieces of furniture from upstairs quickly & were polite & completely professional. I definitely would use them again!

Pleased with whole process. 82 inch blue leather sofa that was pealing after 6 years and twin used mattress that no one would take. Two men very efficient clean and polite.

All I can say is AMAZING. From the start, Luis (the owner) was incredibly kind and responsive. We coordinated everything over text, and he made it so easy to set up a date. When Angel and Patricio showed up, I was seriously blown away. These two were the definition of polite, professional, and efficient. They tackled a three-story townhome full of junk—furniture, an 85-inch TV, tons of heavy trash bags—and somehow made it all look effortless. They were careful with everything and moved quickly without cutting corners. Patricio and Angel, thank you both for being absolute rockstars. I’ll absolutely be using Junk Begun again. This was a 10/10 experience. There’s a reason they have such high ratings—they’re honest, hardworking, and just really good people.
