I would like to share my genuine appreciation and feedback regarding the support that Just Like Family has been providing to my mother over the past few months.

From the outset, it was clear that the owners (Ryan & Colleen) made a genuine effort to understand my mothers individual needs, preferences, and circumstances. They took the time to also understand my needs and preferences as well, seeing as I live outside of Canada. I think that initial investment in getting to know both of us—not just as "clients"—made a meaningful difference to us.

I have also appreciated that they have listened to feedback and make thoughtful adjustments if and when needed. That willingness to go "the extra mile" has shown a real commitment to delivering the right level of care for my mom. I could tell during conversations with Ryan that he truly cares and that her well-being remains the priority.

It’s been so wonderful and reassuring to me to know that the Just Like Family team is supporting her and responsive to anything that comes up. I would highly recommend them!

While I have not used Just Like Family Home Care Brantford's services, I have known the owners, Ryan and Colleen, for over 15 years and can attest to their high level of personal integrity, hard work, and professionalism.

Colleen and Ryan are outstanding people. They show compassion and empathy which is an asset in their roles They are trustworthy and respectful and community minded. Although I do not have personal experience with this business, I would not hesitate to recommend it, because I know that Ryan and Colleen are such upstanding people.

I can't say enough about this wonderful service that Just Like Family has provided for my mom. I could tell when I met and talked with Colleen that my mom would be well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. Psw Syndey that works with my mom is terrific and is so considerate Nd patient with my mom. I feel comfortable knowing she is in great hands
