Much to my surprise the arcade did not disappoint. Its original decor has been maintained. The food was delicious! I had a chocolate shake that was thick rich and creamy with lots of chocolate. I also had the Greek avocado toast. it was a flavorful combination of avocado, feta cheese, olives and dressing.
Its history makes it a tourist attraction, but it is definitely a good choice for a bite to eat. Beware, hours of operation are short 7am to 3pm.

We ate brunch here prior to visiting a nearby location. Service was fast and the food was really good.I tried the sweet potato pancake as part of my breakfast special. My hunny got an omelette with grits. He also had biscuits and gravy. The gravy was okay I was looking for sausage in it. Overall we would eat here again.

Great food and a neat experience. At the front they have tons of pictures of various celebrities that have visited and even have Elvis's booth. Our waitress Brooke was very attentive and made awesome latte art. I have the Shake it with the King Boozy Shake and was very impressed. Would definitely recommend visiting and eating here when in Memphis.

This place is an antique! The food is so on point I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since I ate it. You should definitely try the sweet potato pancake it's delicious absolutely delicious. We tried a little bit of everything and we were pleased with all of it. The wait staff was amazing. It was swamped on a Saturday morning but it did not take us long at all to get a table get our food and get out.

Exactly as advertised, busy diner in downtown with lots of charisma, atmosphere and delicious food. They were super busy on a Sunday around 11 and although we were seated immediately food took a little over 30 min. BUT it was well worth the wait. Just got basic stuff, but everything was cooked perfect, hot, and delicious. Very reasonable prices too. Antother must stop in Memphis!

PS - a lIttle "drama" with a customer was handled very well by the staff (I call it free entertainment)

What a great place to enjoy breakfast. Historic location that has the booths still in use.

Service was exceptional. Great menu selections. Food is all wonderfully prepared.

The Arcade Restaurant was recommended to us, so my husband and I decided to go for breakfast and we’re so glad we did! Walking inside felt like stepping back in time. The atmosphere has a cool, old-timey charm that creates just the right amount of comfort and nostalgia. I ordered the French toast, and my husband had the Redneck Eggs. Both dishes were delicious, and the coffee was great too, simple, hot, and exactly what we needed to start the day. We also had amazing service. Our server was incredibly caring and attentive, which made the experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in making guests feel welcome. Overall, The Arcade Restaurant gave us a memorable and cozy breakfast experience. We’d definitely recommend it!

I went to Arcade with a larger group. We were traveling from out of town and needed a quick place to grab lunch. We were fortunate to have the staff accommodate our lage group on short notice. We all put our orders in. I was surprised at the somewhat limited menu offerings. My partner and I decided to split the gourmet grilled cheese (with sauteed spinach) and french fries. I also ordered a cup of chili on the side. Our drinks came our reasonably quickly. That's where time slowed down. We waited and waited, forced to listen to an Elvis impersonator who was working the patrons in the front of the room. After 45 minutes and Elvis's greatest hits, our food for the group slowly stated arriving at out tables. First out, a tiny bowl of fruit. Next, 2 miniature beignets. After a few plates of french toast and pancakes came out, we finally were delivered our gourmet grilled cheese and fries. They were split into 2 plates. My immediate reaction was of huge disappointment. It was a sad display for sure. The "gourmet" grilled cheese was anything but gourmet. Just regular wonderbread with a paltry amount of cheese and barely any other filling including the sauteed spinach which cost extra. It was overly greasy, flavorless and lukewarm. The french fries were also cold. The plate must have been in the window for a while. I never got my chili. We had to quickly scarf down the food as to not miss our prearranged meeting time with the rest of our group. Our server was working hard, but just overwhelmed. I would not recommend this place if your in a hurry or want quality food and service.

Breakfast dinner where Elvis used to go! We were seated at Elvis favorite table. Food was good and service very friendly! You have to try the redneck breakfast and the sweet potatoes pancakes.

Went here for breakfast. I ordered the French toast, it was over fried. Fried to the point it was crunchy. The turkey sausage was delish, you receive 2 and they are palm of a woman's hand size. My over medium eggs were a bit over easy and runny. I still ate them. The hashbrowns were undercooked for my liking. Just note if you like them crispy, make sure to tell the waitress. The coffee with liqueur was good. My husband had the sweet potatoe pancakes, with scrambled eggs and regular sausage. We sat at a both known to sit a legend. Right next to the Elvis Presley booth. Our waitress was kind.
