I have lived here 22 years and absolutely love this place! It's a quiet neighborhood and people for the most part are friendly. It's clean, well maintained and feel very safe. It has got a community feel to it. I think the park manager, Gale, has done an awesome job being the only one to do all the things i see her doing on any given day. And let me say she's done alot.

Evergreen is an amazing park! Gail is one in a million! My parents rent at Evergreen and she is so sweet and helpful. Gail is the Manager, better than any manager we have expierenced. The park is so beautiful, clean, and safe! Shout out to Gail for setting a wonderful example!

We have rented a home in Evergreen for years and love the peace and quiet. Mark and Tammy(owners) always take care of any issues as soon as possible even if it's the weekend. When we first moved in it was owned by someone else and the new owners had to do some clean up and now we have no fears leaving our home for a few days or leaving our car unlocked. Very safe and friendly community.
