I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Hooman. I invested a significant amount of money into my implant treatment, and after everything, I still feel that my concerns were not properly resolved.

There was a lot of back-and-forth, but I never felt I received a clear explanation or a fair solution. As a patient, when you are dealing with an implant issue and ongoing gum irritation/inflammation, you need honesty, responsibility, and proper communication.

Instead, I was left feeling stressed, confused, and financially drained. I expected much better follow-up and a more professional resolution after trusting this office with such an important treatment.

Based on my personal experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Dr. Hooman or this clinic.

Update after clinic response: I understand the clinic may not agree with my review, but this is still my honest personal experience as a patient. My main concern was not only communication, but feeling that my concerns were not properly resolved after a very stressful and expensive treatment. I stand by my experience

Had a great experience on my first visit. I really appreciated the kindness and thoroughness of the staff especially Carol and Dr Naz. I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen right away — usually other clinics will make you sit and wait even though you booked an apt. The space is also very clean and modern, which made the visit even more comfortable.

Dr. Hooman himself is great — the clinical work has been consistently solid, and I’ve been happy with the quality of treatment. The frustrating part is the clinic’s scheduling/communication, which feels very corporate. Multiple times over the years my hygienist or even the dentist I booked with was changed without any notice, so you show up and it’s a surprise. I’m an easy-going person and I tried to adapt since it kept happening, but it gets tiring when you’re trying to build trust with a specific provider.
Most recently I had an emergency and needed to reschedule. I gave about 24 hours’ notice (not a couple of hours), and I was still charged $175 because their cancellation policy is 72 hours. I understand policies exist, but after being a patient for ~4 years, the lack of flexibility — especially given how often changes happen on their side — felt one-sided.
If you’re looking for a friendly, two-sided clinic experience with consistent providers and clear communication, this wasn’t it. I’m moving to a clinic with more consistent scheduling and communication.
Ps: after their response, their response is not correct, i am using Dr hooman service for last 4 years, they pushed me to migrate to their new office, yes new office i am here one year, and no they didnt give me any option, something very emergency happened and they just told me they can re schedule for 1 hour, which not worked for me as is was sane day same time frame

I needed a root canal and was referred to the Langley dental group to see their Endontist Specialist. My experience was excellent from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. She was very courteous. The assistant to the endodontist was also very kind and courteous. The Endontist himself was excellent in explaining what he was going to do, as well as day of the root canal. He was very compassionate about my anxiety over the procedure.. I did opt for a mild sedative which really helped the two hours not seem so long. The office/clinic itself is very clean. Looks like it’s a very new office and well kept. I appreciated all staff for whom my encountered and should I need another root canal would definitely consider the Langley dental group.

My experience with Dr Nazanin was truly excellent.
She was very respectful, calm, and reassuring, and explained all the steps patiently before starting the procedure.
The tooth extraction was done quickly and with great skill.
Throughout the process, the doctor continuously checked on my comfort and condition.
Overall, I highly recommend this doctor.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hooman Tehrani and his amazing team. During our checkup appointments, Dr. Tehrani took the time and carefully listened to all the details regarding our dental concerns. Maria kindly prepared all required images using cutting-edge imaging equipment and scanning devices. She was always kind and caring during the treatment sessions. We greatly appreciate Dr. Tehrani and Dr. Naz Gerami's efforts, time, and kind consideration.
