I was in a time crunch to find "vacancy insurance" for my mom's house after she had passed away. Her insurance company of over 50 years would not provide that specific coverage for me and I was extremely lucky to find James on Google. The reviews of his services and himself were excellent so I called him between the Christmas Break in 2025 and he returned my call several hours later. Within a couple of days James had been able to provide flexible quotes and options for me and I was able to get the house insured within the tight time constraints I was faced with.

Then in late April I had the opportunity to rent the house and within a few days, yet again, James came through for me and I was able to get rental insurance for the property within a short amount of time.

James was always very professional, patient in explaining the options I had when I wasn't clear on how it all worked, and got me through a very difficult time. I will continue to work with James on this property and highly recommend him.

I spoke with multiple insurance providers and got quotes for EOS and General Liability, that were very expensive. Chat GPT of all places recommended James. Easy to talk to, seemed very knowledgeable and prepared. Apparently we have been placed with a very good provider at a significant price drop compared to the other suppliers I have talked to were asking. I would definitely advise to take a break from searching and talk with James and his team before you continue looking around. You might be as surprised as I was.

I went with James because of the great Google reviews he received and I am adding another 5 stars! He is extremely responsive and answers all of my questions. I had a recent situation where I needed information updated quickly for a house closing and James made it happen.
