Following my previous negative review, the next day I had two different members of management reach out, offering apologies, acknowledgment, and a way to make things right. I was provided with a complimentary appointment as soon as possible with a different practitioner, Mishal. The appointment went very well. She was very kind, knowledgeable and created my plan while I was in the appointment with her. We went through the plan and she made sure everything was very clear and manageable. Overall, I am really happy with the way that management handled my concerns and very glad to have had the opportunity to work with Mishal! I will be returning for follow-up appointments. Thank you Carespace for righting a negative experience and turning it positive.

Super disappointed with the service I received here. I had never been to a Physiotherapist before and decided to book with Anna. I was later sent an email stating that she no longer worked with Carespace, and my appointment could be switched to another practitioner named Akasha. The appointment itself went well. Akasha was very easy to talk to, appeared knowledgeable, & it was decided that a treatment plan would be made for me and then I would book a follow-up appointment in a few weeks. This was on July 2. It’s now July 22 and I have yet to receive the treatment plan or any sort of communication from Akasha or the clinic itself. I have emailed and called to follow-up and have still received no clarification or the treatment plan. What started as a positive experience has become very negative from the lack of communication and poor customer service.

Incredible Pain Relief and Exceptional Care!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I work long hours driving, which left me with unbearable pain in my left leg, running all the way from my upper hip down to my lower leg. My doctor sent me for an ultrasound, prescribed medication, and recommended acupuncture. Even with the medication, the pain just wasn't going away. I picked Care Space on Hespeler Road completely at random through Google, and it was the best decision I could have made.

Acupuncture with Harleen:
I was absolutely surprised by how incredible Harleen is. In just 3 visits, my excruciating leg pain was 90% gone. Her expertise achieved what medication couldn't do.

Chiropractic Care with Mike:
After such a positive experience with Harleen, I decided to see their chiropractor, Mike. Just like Harleen, Mike has an amazing personality. From his patient communication to his hands-on adjustments, he was fantastic. I honestly wasn't expecting to feel so relaxed after just my very first appointment with him.

The Verdict:
I am paying for these treatments entirely out of my own pocket, so it is a bit expensive for me. However, given how quickly and effectively they got me out of pain and back to being comfortable for work, it is worth every single dollar. If you are struggling with severe body pain from driving or work, you must try this location!

Mike is an excellent chiropractor! The first time I visited him, he did a great job in helping me feel comfortable and calm as it was my first ever chiropractic appointment. Before this I was quite hesitate to see a chiropractor since I never did it before and had that stereotype that it would just be “bone cracking”. Mike taught me that it’s more than that, it’s essentially loosening tension in your joints and muscles and giving you relief in ways that your body already knows with structured movement. Thank you Mike for your service, patience, and work! Keep up the great work. Mike is truly dedicated to ensuring his patients are treated with care, respect and understanding.

After my treatment with Dr Mike, I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived! He always knows how to fix my issues. I also like the convenience that CareSpace offers of having on-site multidisciplinary practitioners to complement treatment.

I went to see Dr. Mike and he is the best chiropractor I have seen over the last 25 years. He was able to cure a neck issue I have had for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the wellness of his patients. The structure of Carespace, having multiple specialist, is excellent because they can collaborate together to identify the root cause of symptoms and come up with a recovery plan that works.
