He began his academic journey at Villanova University, where he demonstrated strong academic achievement while competing at a high level as a member of the university ice hockey team. Driven by a deep interest in medicine and human anatomy, Dr. Riley went on to earn a master’s degree through the Drexel University School of Medicine. He then completed his medical education at Temple University School of Medicine, where he built a strong foundation in patient care and surgical principles before entering the field of orthopaedics. Dr. Riley is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and maintains active hospital affiliations with Coral Gables Hospital, Kendall Regional Medical Center, and Larkin Community Hospital. He is a professional member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
