We had a gas water tank installed. The water would be warm every morning. Not hot. We called Gary and the installer about it. They said it could be the kick in control and was under warranty. After that we never heard from them again. This company does good work installing but when it comes to service forget it. We had our tank only 2 months. My opinion use someone else. Service is very important.
