Ryan Omel and HOW homebuyers is a top-notch stand-up company or an organization. RYAN is a man of integrity and in a world of shady fly-by-night characters who tried to steal properties from homeowners. I believe RYAN does it differently. I believe he structured his deals in a way that is a win-win for the public and is not predatorial in nature. He is smart, honest and down to earth and I would not hesitate to work with RYAN if I was in need of these types of services. Ryan is super easy and honest to work with. He commits to doing what he says he will do and has a great knowledge of real estate and well connected in the real estate and community being able to bring solutions for many different problems someone may have with their property. We have worked with Ryan, Justin and Jen on several transactions in the past and have always loved working with them and the team at HOW Homebuyers. We love that they take houses that need some updating or a fixer upper and renew them to improve the neighborhoods in Lincoln and surrounding areas. We have worked with them on selling or buying houses for more than 5 five years in Lincoln, Hickman, Omaha, Bellevue, Carter Lake, Council Bluffs, Fremont, Scribner, Missouri Valley, Ashland, Ceresco and many other communities in Nebraska and Iowa. Of all the "We Buy Houses" companies out there, give Ryan and the team at HOW Homebuyers a call if you want a fair offer. Can't recommend them enough. Yes we have had issues that have come up on several transactions, however, with every seller they have gone above and beyond to be fair and always stand by their word and close on the purchase of the houses that they agreed to buy.
