We had 7 Brightside Windows installed last week. They replaced 50+ year old single pane aluminum windows with exterior storms attached. The difference is striking. Talk about a clear view!! Looking out almost seems like there are no windows at all. Windows operate quietly and smoothly. An earlier remodel miscalculation relocated our central AC compressor unit directly outside our bedroom window. I’d grown used to hearing the roar every time it fired up. That roar has been reduced to a hum.
The measuring and installation appointments were kept promptly. The installers worked and cleaned as they went. The finished product looks great.
One of the windows had a flaw in it. We’re waiting to hear back from Brightside to fix the problem. The flaw hasn’t interfered with the operation of the window so far and I eagerly await their solution.

Brightside was incredible throughout the entire process. From their sales presentation to installation and follow-up, everyone we worked with was communicative, proactive, and so pleasant. If we had questions, they found the answers; if we had concerns, they worked with us; if there was a problem with the install, they came with reasonable solutions. Our windows have significantly elevated the look and feel of our house and we are so thrilled with the energy savings already! Installation was so fast. It blew my mind that they were able to swap over the new windows so fast while keeping the mess under control. I’m an architecture student and I never thought I could afford the high efficiency window we learn about in school. The price and financing made it so easy. They have made such a huge difference keeping the house cool in this warm spring we are having. I hope to go the whole summer with no AC this year. I love all the features, especially the easy clean up. I highly recommend Brightside Windows!

Great experience with the initial salesperson Garrett. Very knowledgeable. Brought a double hung example and laid out all the features. Thorough and friendly. Install guys were great. They worked around my baby son’s schedule. Also they cleaned up well after themselves. The difference between the new and old windows is wild. The house is quieter and warmer. We don’t need to run our heater nearly as much as we did. This marks the first time I’m interested to see what my energy bill is. 5 stars for sure.

Since moving to Oregon I’ve had many various home improvements done on various family houses. Never have I dealt with the efficiency and courteousness from staff from initial contact to final inspection.

I was also pleasantly surprised at the speed at which the installation process for them to replace all 8 windows and the sliding glass door in approx 5 1/5 hours.

I highly recommend that you consider Brightside Windows when it’s time to upgrade your windows. Their triple pane system is surprisingly sturdy and not only saves you money in the long run by limiting heat loss but will ease your mind about the probability of home invaders entering your home.

Install was quick and they left everything clean and tidy. Very professional and friendly. They addressed 2 concerns. 2 window screens had to be tightened. It was easy for them to resolve.
One window had incorrect glass in it. It was supposed to be frosted. Also, slider screen was bent. They are on order and I will be getting those in a couple weeks.
I updated this a day later to change review. I found that one window has a bent sash oe seal and I feel wind coming thru the seams. I have called 4 times and not one person I. 3 days has called me back. They are awesome until there is a problem.

The installation took place in a single day. The installers were very professional with very little disruption of my day and everything was left in great condition. I especially love the bathroom window design. The house seems warmer and brighter.

The Brightside team was easy to work with. They explained and demonstrated their product. They provided a competitive bid and easy payment options. Every one we worked with to get windows measured, installed, and inspected were polite and very capable. When the windows arrived, they got them installed ahead of schedule. So far we really like the new windows and have already seen the improvements in climate control.

My fiancé and I are very happy with the experience of getting our new windows, as well as the windows themselves! They are beautiful, they will be easy to clean with how they can fold back inside, and we can both see and feel their high quality compared to the home's original windows from 2006 we had previously. We definitely notice a reduction in the noise coming in from outside. We have a two-story home and can feel that the temperature is more even between floors. The Brightside sales representative was friendly and informative and answered all our questions about the windows at the beginning of the process. We had to call Brightside at one point to resolve a financing issue and the person we spoke with helped us to quickly address the problem, so the customer service has been great.

The installation team was fantastic and worked hard on the 28 windows on our home, which took two days to complete. They called to let us know when the parts for our windows were expected to be delivered, and then worked with us when the time came to pick days that worked for us for install.

No complaints about our experience or the windows, it was all very smooth with great customer service. Would recommend checking out Brightside if you're due for new windows!
