I made a purchase on Friday and after getting home discovered part of the item was missing. I returned on Sunday to get the missing part or return the item if the part was not available. The clerk advised me that he was unauthorized to do refunds and could not check the inventory because it was locked and he had no key. I was told that I must return on a weekday between 9 and 5 to speak to the manager. I then found the missing part and he told me he was not authorized to give it to me - again I'd have to come back and see the manager. I work through the week as well and feel that I should not have to take time off of work to get my problems resolved.

Portion sizes have been downsized with price increases. Still good quality food. Coffee prices (other drinks) in the restaurant are too high. You can buy coffee in the convenience store for less. I guess this explains why I see some people bringing their own beverages with them, similar to the movies.
