I went to this store today 7/3/26 and bought some kwickset door lock, there was an associate working on aisle 13 name Rob, i saw him he was a bit busy organizing stuff on the shelves so I asked him politely if i can disturb him quick to see if they have any other color of the lock I was looking for, but i was surprised when he acted so rudely and raised his two hand and says “what?” “ no!” And walk out from me. What an attitude, dude if you don’t wanna work on a day before holiday, i got it, you should just called off the day…rather than going to work with that attitude. So very disappointed with your attitude…never will go back to this place.

Always liked home depot because of the customer service but yesterday after picking up materials from this store my truck broke down in the lot connected to a dump trailer, i called to get it all moved but i could only get the truck moved so i talked to someone and they said it was ok to leave it overnight and when i came back to pick it up they had it towed to a location 40 minutes away that also costs $650 to get out ive been a good customer for years and get treated like this, i talked to the manager and ge said id have to call the tow truck company to get it sorted out and so i called my business support team who said that this was a personal store issue like they are a franchise business wich of course they are not. I just wish that they wouldve honored what was stated horrible exoerience big waste of my time and now i have to rent another trailer to get the job done because i wont even be able to get mine in time so just a giant waste of money based on someones word

I went into Home Depot looking for fans on this hot day and Feyra was incredibly helpful. She made the process easy and actually explained the differences between options instead of just pointing me to an aisle. I wanted to shout her out in a review since she made me feel seen as a customer even though it was super busy. She was helpful, friendly, and knows her stuff. Thank you!

Over the last 10 years of living within about 15 miles of this The Home Depot, I’ve genuinely appreciated having this location nearby. The people who work here have consistently been kind, receptive, and helpful, and that level of customer care matters more than people realize.

A special thank you to Ian, who happened to be at the right place at the right time and helped me load items into my vehicle. It may seem like a small act, but those moments of willingness and kindness leave a lasting impression and speak volumes about the culture of helpfulness within this store.

I live right between this Home Depot and the Kent Home Depot. We typically choose this location because it’s a little smaller and easier to find what we are looking for! This store has most everything we need and is always clean. The staff has always been super helpful. I recommend this Home Depot branch!
