I had a issue with lost refund card. Katie at the front desk was helpful but we seemed to keep missing each other. I touched base with Jason. He went out of his way for me. While researching my issue he followup with me, let me know time frames and did what he said he would. With a large retail store the personal touch is often lost. I actually felt valued as a customer here.
Only issue and its not store related your arborvitaes arent the best quality. Almost half of what I have bought the last 2 years have died. I will be looking into another vendor for those as I had another few die. But this store is clean, friendly and organized. We come here and pass by the lowes.

Yesterday I came in 20 minutes before closing to get a generator (7/3/26) 940pm and other miscellaneous supplies as my power went out at work and I have clients on oxygen who need electricity to live, I had no idea what I was doing and I asked an employee named Tyler for help, he was the most helpful, sweetest, most kindest person and I am forever grateful, he helped me get everything and fast as we were trying to beat the clock, he pushed the heavy cart for me all around the store and to checkout, he helped by scanning my items and then helped me by bringing them out to my car and was super sweet about it. I should have tipped him but I was in a rush I forgot to even do that, anyways thank you Tyler, sweet kind people like you are what make me want to shop at Home Depot. You made my night less hectic

Been shopping here for years. Everyone is always friendly. Shelves are stocked and it's easy to find stuff. The rep from Milwaukee, Michael is great. If youre looking for the best deals on Milwaukee come see him. He will take the time and get you some quality tools for a very reasonable price, compared to what you will find online and at other retailers!

If I could, I would rate 20 stars on this review. Derrick and Liegha went over and beyond my expectation of help. We were looking and looking for what I needed, they wouldn't give up. We couldn't find what we were looking for. Then Derrick said he had an idea for a substitute. He went to work putting it together for me. I was so impressed with the never give up attitude and idea's. Liegha and Derrick were a great team. When I made it home. It was a great outcome. Everything worked as it should!! In this case, Teamwork made the dream work and now my momma is happy. Thank you again to these employees at the White Lake Home Depot😉👌
