Working with Franklin Advertising was a complete disappointment. From the beginning, communication was disorganized and unprofessional. They missed multiple deadlines, and the final product looked like it was thrown together last-minute by someone with zero design experience. We were promised a custom marketing strategy, but all we got was a generic template that clearly wasn’t tailored to our brand.
When we brought up our concerns, the team got defensive instead of trying to fix the issues. It felt like they were more interested in collecting payment than actually helping us succeed. We ended up hiring a different agency to redo everything. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Company has done a great job. We had an issue and Garrett is working to resolve the issue in a fast manner. I've done work 4x with them and each time it has been cometed in a hasty manner. Even got the purchase dropped off at my facility.

Sign depicting Governor WALZ is unprofessional and depicts Northern Minnesota in a negative way. Did not appreciate trying to explain this to my grandchildren. Would reconsider posting this type of sign. Does nothing positive for your image.
