The staff are extremely nice!!! I just never had a busy have a product in stock and I wanted to buy what they had and the cashier said he couldn't sell me the quantity that I requested... Really frustrating when I drive 45 minutes to shop with them... If you have something in-stock why wouldn't you sell your customer the quantity they want? Business is business and I'm already there wanting to buy but now instead I'll shop elsewhere where I can get the quantity I want... Bad customer service in my opinion!!!

I went in yesterday to ask about a new vape I bought because my pods were burning through juice super fast! They were so helpful & they ended up replacing my vape! I go here all the time they are super helpful & everything is very good price. Definitely recommend.

InnoVape is absolutely the first and only shop I recommend to anyone! Always having new items and great recommendations from the employees. Overall from the past two years of coming here, the staff is incredible, kind, and especially very genuine people who create such a positive atmosphere‼️😲

Literally just left here. It's always my go to place needed a vape before work tonight and I will say I was a little, unsure about going with a different brand of vape and a different flavor. I have never tried. I hardly ever see the younger guys they did an amazing job. I didn't realize he grabbed me a Blue razz ice flavor That's totally fine after I made The purchase I realized n told him so he grabbed the UT brand that has the two flavors Lemonheads and White peach I can't wait until I go in there next to let them know so I thought I'd write the review and give them a little shout out cause your boy put your girl on and did not disappoint because let me tell you .... 10/10 would recommend y'all really are the best😁✨

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a vape shop! Joe went above and beyond when they didn’t have the exact kind I was looking for. He took the time to walk me through other options, made sure I left happy, and I actually found something new I really like. On top of that, they even offer delivery at a fair price — super convenient. Shoutout to Joe for making the whole experience easy and positive. Definitely my go-to shop now!

I love this place honestly! I come often and see all the guys there, they are kind, and make the atmosphere very relaxing which is what you want when you go to a smoke shop. No hassle in and out with good vibes, and they always get me what I need! I got to meet Joe Joe today , I’m bad at names but, i could handle that. It was my first time working with him and he was just as great as the regular staff and i just think that goes to show the company has good roots. Hope you guys have a great time shopping with them like i do!
