Excellent services every time we have used them! Igor and Vlad are very timely and have put in the time and effort to make sure the couch is as clean as possible with all staining an infant can do. We have used this company every 6 months for our couch and have been very pleased with the results.

Excellent service! Quick booking and great communication. The techs did a thorough job and answered all of my questions with care and knowledge. Highly recommend. My white couch was only a year old and I was shocked at how much dirt and grime they were able to extract. I got the couch cleaning service with an add on for the scotch guard stain repellent

Igor was very punctual and informative. I was a little apprehensive about my vintage crushed velvet couch but his team was incredibly careful and thorough. I was very impressed by the speed, only took an hour for two items. Overall great experience, would highly recommend

I’ve had used their services twice now. Not only are they friendly, but extremely thorough and quick! We had tough stains from a candle that burned too long and left soot residue removed completely from white chairs. I highly recommend.

I've used Chicago Couch Cleaning twice now, and they've been consistently reliable! On time, quick but thorough with their work, and my white couches have come out looking like new. They also position the cushions for optimal drying. If you have pets, this service is a godsend. Thanks Igor and Vlad!

I’ve used this carpet cleaning company 4 times, and they have been excellent every single time.

Scheduling is always simple, and their communication before each appointment is clear and professional. They arrive on time and are respectful of both my schedule and my home. Before starting, the team takes the time to ask questions and understand any specific areas of concern. Their customer service feels personal, not rushed, and genuinely focused on delivering a great experience.

The technicians, Igor and Igor, are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to explain the process. Each visit has resulted in noticeably cleaner carpets and the removal of tough stains I didn’t think would come out. They work efficiently while still being very thorough and careful with the surrounding space. It’s rare to find a company this consistent and reliable across multiple visits.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning and outstanding customer service.

Please note - they do have a minimum of $250, so if you need spot cleaning, talk to the company directly about other services that will help you reach this minimum. They were fair with me in terms of pricing.

I highly recommend them and will definitely continue using their services in the future.
