Jim installed my green 15 years ago. Over time I wasn’t getting a straight putt and the ball was curving severely away from the hole. I thought for sure it was time to replace the surface. Jim came out and suggested before installing a new surface he would come back with his compactor, run it over the surface to see if it would make a difference. Three days later he came back and after a couple of passes with the compactor I was back to getting straight putts. All this being said, Jim is a true professional in his business who really cares about his customers. He wanted to try the compactor first before selling me a new putting surface. When I do replace the surface Jim is the only phone call I will make for the replacement.

Review of Green Life Designs
As the Four Seasons at Smithville Recreation Committee Chair I have solicited and hired James Dickson, owner & operator of Green Life Designs, LLC on numerous occasions to install, repair and/or resurface recreation equipment used by our Four Seasons residents. Jim has responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my requests for proposals to install new recreation equipment/activities or to repair and or resurface existing recreation equipment. His proposals addressed all of the requested repairs/issues, installations and/or resurfacing issues and his cost estimates were reasonable and competitive with other vendors.
Examples of his companies work at Four Seasons is as follows:
1) Installation of a ten (10) hole Putting Green which has maintained its like new condition over several years with no repairs necessary.
2) Removal of existing and worn-out artificial turf from our three (3) Bocce courts. Replaced rotting wood and painted wooden surrounds on all 3 courts. Installed Easy turf’s EZPutt artificial turf on all 3 courts. Painted white boundary lineage on all 3 courts. Provided a 7-year non-pro-rated warrantee for the turf product.
3) Every year for the past six (6) years Jim has repainted the white boundary lineage on all 3 courts.
I highly recommend Green Life Designs for all of your Bocce courts, Golf courts, Putting Greens, etc. installations and/or necessary repairs. Jim’s work is second to none and his prices are reasonable and competitive.

Jim did an excellent job! The putting green he did at my home is perfect! Jim was such a nice guy who helped me with the design and suggested slight changes to make my project the best it could be! He is extremely talented and takes pride in his work! He even worked with me on the timing of getting the job done so I could surprise my husband with the putting green for his birthday!
