These housecleaning team is really great. I’ve hired them many times, but I’ve never seen a team work this fast and carefully. Girls cleaned everything so well, and my house looked better than I expected. I would definitely recommend them!

The ladies did a great job tackling our apartment after a rough patch of not being able to keep up with it. They were fast too!

While a few tough spots remain they emphasized (and I agree) that a second pass would get those out. I’m definitely booking again when I need another reset (and I’m considering some sort of regular maintenance to avoid it altogether). Very happy and recommended.

I booked a deep cleaning post construction. Booking was easy. Excellent communication from beginning to end with several follow-up calls/texts. Excellent job throughout and satisfying. I will rebook and I am considering a regular service. Thank you.

"The Chicago housekeeping team is truly one of a kind. In all my years of hiring cleaning services, I have never seen a team work so hard or so smart. They were incredibly efficient and left my house sparkling in a way I never expected. Their dedication is impressive, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Chicago area!"

I booked a deep cleaning with full sanitizing of all surfaces. I have two long haired cats so it was a big cleaning job. Krystyna and Julia made the place gleam. It smells fresh and looks amazing. Attention to detail and communication throughout were excellent. Highly recommend. Will book again.

Curious to hear others’ thoughts—does $582.57 seem expensive for a deep clean of a 1,600 sq ft apartment (windows, baseboards, oven included), or is this standard pricing?

My experience was just okay. From the initial pricing quote to the execution, it wasn’t what I expected. While my apartment did need a deep clean, the pricing felt high relative to the size of the space and the overall results.

The floors appeared to be cleaned with what looked like a Swiffer, which was disappointing given that these are older Chicago wood floors that really require a traditional mop. There was no follow-up after the cleaning to ask how the service went, which felt unprofessional. Although they mentioned I could reach out to have anything recleaned if I felt it needed, this felt impersonal. Two individuals cleaned for approximately 4.5 hours but at times seemed disorganized in their focus, spending time vacuuming cloth seating rather than prioritizing higher-impact areas.

Booking on the platform was simple and easy to navigate. I received a call to confirm the details of my booking almost immediately. Meli did an amazing job and paid close attention to my specific requests. The customer service is also very attentive and easy to reach. I also appreciate how often they check in to give you appointment reminders and respond quickly to questions or concerns.

I used this cleaning company for my new home, and they did a great job. They were on time, professional, and worked quickly. While cleaning, they also noticed a few issues in the house and gave me helpful tips, which I really appreciated.
The price was fair, and the quote matched what I paid. It was also easy to communicate with them, and their website made booking simple. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would recommend them to others.
