I absolutely love Pinnacle Pest! Jesse is fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient.

I used to have Clark Pest Control, and the experience was terrible. The service technician was often late or didn't show up at all. He had no personality, was difficult to talk to, and on top of that, he regularly made negative comments about the amount of stuff we had.

We are antique vendors and recently went through a major life change—moving from a four-bedroom home with a three-car garage and a lot of land into a small two-bedroom home with no land. My boyfriend also downsized his welding shop. We had to part with so much, but still had many items we planned to sell at antique fairs or personal pieces from our previous home that didn't fit in our new space.

I explained this to the technician, but instead of showing understanding, he continued to make negative remarks about our belongings—including some of my favorite furniture pieces that I ultimately had to get rid of because we simply didn't have the space. It was an emotional and challenging transition, and I wish he could have been a little kinder.

Jesse with Pinnacle Pest is the complete opposite. He always shows up on time, greets me with a smile, and gets the job done quickly and thoroughly. He lets me know when he's finished spraying so I can open my doors back up with peace of mind. Best of all, he is respectful, kind, and never made me feel judged—something I truly appreciate.

The administrative staff at Pinnacle Pest is also outstanding. They have always answered the phone promptly and have consistently been kind, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When I needed assistance from Clark Pest Control in the past, I usually had to leave a message, and my calls were often never returned. I would eventually have to call back multiple times until someone answered. With Pinnacle Pest, I have always been able to reach someone helpful and responsive, which makes a huge difference as a customer.

Jesse is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Combined with the excellent customer service provided by the office staff, Pinnacle Pest has been a tremendous improvement over my previous pest control company. I hired this company for a full exclusion and trapping service and paid $2,165. The rat activity does appear to be resolved, but there were several issues during the process.
There were multiple missed or delayed appointments that required follow-up calls on my end. Some traps that had gone off or had bait eaten were not rebaited during visits as expected.
During the exclusion work, old rat traps were removed without notice, and trash was left behind after the service. One trap was left accessible after the technician left.
The service also included cleaning and sanitation for areas with rat droppings. In my experience, the areas were vacuumed, but only the attic appeared to be sanitized.
When I contacted the company about these concerns, I was transferred between multiple employees before receiving responses.
The rodent issue seems to be resolved, but the communication and service experience did not meet my expectations.

I represented the Sellers. We had Pinnacle Pest do an inspection prior to receiving an offer. Once in contract, the buyers wanted to obtain another pest report. The Pinnacle inspector had missed the fact that there were boring beetles (termites). Upon me calling the General Manager regarding this huge error; he stepped right up and immediately inspected the house himself and stayed involved with every detail of the work until it was completed. He even went above and beyond in the repairs. The General Manager also kept me informed along the way. I was very impressed with how this situation was handled by Pinnacle Pest and I would highly recommend them to all of my clients, family, and friends. Hard to think a pest control place would separate itself from the pack but Pinnacle Pest Control did for multiple services. Chad was an inspector who was diligent and professional. His quote on repairs was beyond reasonable. We had Jose come out to create a better access point for our home. He came out quickly and did a super job. Rare that two separate people uphold a high quality of service these days for most businesses.

Yesterday’s rodent bait station service was disappointing (2-6-26). The technician arrived without any notice and was sitting outside my home on a very loud phone call outside his truck! I tried to approach him to let him know I would open the gate and that I had secured my dogs, but he would not pause his call and barely acknowledged me.
I opened the gate anyway, yet he still rang the doorbell, causing my dogs to go crazy — exactly what I was trying to prevent. A simple courtesy call would have avoided the entire situation. If I hadn’t been home, he wouldn’t have been able to access the backyard at all to service the bait stations.
I’ve used this company before, but unfortunately the level of service does not seem the same. I later called and spoke with Morgan to request a courtesy call in the future, explained what happened, and received no apology. A very disappointing experience.

Lorenzo is great and was able to explain everything to me about rats and mice occupying my garage and attic. I had opened a Tesla that rodents absolutely destroyed in my garage. Thanks to Lorenzo and Pinnacle, I'm getting the issue under control. Chris was great for the exclusion installation. Andre is fantastic as my regular pest control guy who checks the traps and sprays for other bugs. Highly recommend Pinnacle and please give Lorenzo, Chris, and Andre my praise.

A friend brought over her dog that was flea infested. My house and dog were covered with fleas. Pinnacle was able to send a technician soon and I had the dog treated the same day. Pinnacle did a great job. I have seen no sign of fleas since they treated the house.

Everyone was very pleasant and did an excellant job. My only complaint was that I had a small terra cota figurine that must have gotten broken. It had sentimental vvalue only but I would have liked to have been told about it so I could have tried to fix it. It had been a very long day though so I imagine everyone was anxious to get home.

I will certainly use Pinnacle again if I have a need.

Our realtor recommended Pinnacle, and we have used their services twice since purchase. The office staff has been responsive, and the inspector (Chad each time) has coordinated well with the service teams (this time, Brandon and Antonio) to get the work done quickly. We'll certainly call them again.
