I HIGHLY recommend JCAC Heating and Air! After a very frustrating six weeks dealing with a home warranty company, Giovanni and Juan quickly determined the issue and kept after the warranty company until we were fixed. Their customer service, communication, response times, and level of professionalism were first rate. These are very knowledgeable and honourable people and they are my new HVAC company! I also love that they are a family business and are totally self-made.

I called JCAC Heating and Cooling for an AC repair and they arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had my system running smoothly again. Giovanny was courteous and explained everything in plain terms. I’ll definitely use hus HVAC services again and recommend them to anyone searching for AC repair near me.

We had went through our home warranty multiple times because we kept having the same issue with our HVAC. They kept sending different companies each time they came, and it seemed like they just kept putting bandaids on things and taking our money. We finally got lucky when they sent JCAC Heating and Cooling and it was a game changer. Giovanny was so helpful, honest, and actually got things working properly. He gave us quotes/reports quickly for the different things we needed or requested. He also gets us on his schedule as quickly as possible. His team were all so friendly and respectful. He even helped us through our home selling process to insure that are buyers were informed and happy with any inspections or repairs of our HVAC system. We highly recommend. We have used them multiple times now.

Giovanny and crew from JCAC installed my new HVAC last summer. They were extremely pleasant, on time, professional, and followed up to make sure everything was running correctly. The best part is the dramatic improvement in my power bill! Great company and great results.

Both Giovanny and his dad were fantastic to work with. On a personal note, these are some of the most genuine guys I’ve ever met. G showed up on very late notice for a very urgent repair I needed. He was very honest and affordable, and he completed the work correctly in a timely manner. These guys deserve as much work as they want. I’ve worked with several HVAC contractors as I work for a large general contractor, and I can confidently say that these are the guys you want to call if you have any HVAC issues in the Birmingham area. I wish JCAC the best, because they deserve it.

Giovanny did a wonderful job!! I had a very complex issue caused, in part, by my previous rental companies repair techs and he did a wonderful job. Well spoken gentleman and I am incredibly grateful for his help.

Giovanny was amazing. He worked with our home warranty company and got our repairs approved when we thought there was no chance. Respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous through the entire process. Highly recommended!
