I just bought a new 2026 GMC Sierra and it was a great experience from start to finish. Luis Flores is very honest and attentive. Luis and his Manager Paolo both made me an amazing offer so we made deal. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had a wonderful experience buying my car last week! From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.
Hugo Jimenez in sales was amazing — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly the car I wanted. He answered all my questions and never made me feel pressured.
Paulo Bautista in finance was equally fantastic. He worked hard to make the numbers comfortable for me and explained everything clearly, making the paperwork process quick and easy.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and care both Hugo and Paulo showed. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel exciting and seamless. I absolutely love my new car and highly recommend working with this team!

I made purchased on a new 2026 Buick Envista ST and surely made me a happy man. Had been dealing with Ross Pascua and his Boss which is awesome dude. He really really help me out to get the car I really wanted. They accepted my trade-in offer with high value, respect and dignity and as it was their own. Everything went smoothly and was I able to drive off in style. I highly recommend AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara unlike other Auto dealership who treat you like a walking bank. 5 star!!!
*Attached Photo is the said Car I purchased*

had a great experience at AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara. The process was quick and smooth from start to finish. I applied online, got approved fast, and when we arrived at the dealership everything was ready to go. We were in and out in about 2 hours and drove off with our new truck the same day.
The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciate how efficient they were. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fast and easy car buying experience! 🚗💨

Booked a service appointment back in February to have the air bag replaced as part of a safety recall; showed up at the appointment time to be told that they didn’t have the part in stock and it would take 2-3 weeks to come in; dealership hadn’t even ordered the part prior to the appointment.
I rescheduled all my commitments and took a day off work just to have my time wasted, for something as important as a safety recall I expected better than the comical levels of service I have received.

I recently brought my vehicle in for service and had a fantastic experience. Brian, the service manager at the time, was incredibly accommodating and ensured I had a loaner vehicle to transport my kids and me during the repairs. After Brian transitioned from GMC, Allen took over and continued the excellent service. He made it a priority to follow up with me, keeping me informed every step of the way. Allen also helped navigate the warranty process to ensure all repairs were covered. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received and appreciate the team's dedication.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail clearly, and made sure I found the perfect vehicle for my needs. The pricing was fair, the financing process was smooth, and they went above and beyond with follow-up support after the sale. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free and truly exceptional car-buying experience!

The worst experience I've had with a dealership. I usually go to CarMax, but wanted to give AutoNation a try, as it was recommended by my brother. The sales guys were great, the poor experience came after that.
1. I returned a vehicle within the time frame and under the 250 miles. They accepted the return. However, they were not going to give me any documentation to reflect that I returned the vehicle and owed a refund. So I had to specifically request documentation. That's weird.
2. The guy told me it would take 3-5 days for a refund. Okay fair.
Wrong. The 3-5 business days was not correct. Trying to get any update on where my $8500+ refund is impossible. I keep getting a run around about its still processing.. I paid with a cashiers check.. also no one seems to want to help. Every time i call to see what's going on, the managers just seem so annoyed and don't want to deal with it. The customer service I've experienced has been terrible.
Promised call backs that dont happen. No one actually explaining what it means when a cashiers check is pending when they process very quickly.
Now today I've tried to get an update, still can't get in touch with anyone and no one has reached out about the refund.
I suggest to not go through Auto Nation because it seems like their managers/team don't care about helping and seem annoyed after dealing with you. If you need to get a refund. Dont expect it any time soon.

"Avoid this place. I owned my new V8 yukon 122k miles for less than three days and put under 90 miles on it before it broke . It’s been in their shop longer than my garage. They are still charging me for the days it's in service, and expecting me to pay for the 1st month payment my OnStar is active, im missing that and they are trying to burn through my extended warranty only a week into purchasing for repairs that should have been fixed before sale. Then expected me to be happy when they said they would cover it . Crazy Don't be fooled by the 'new loaners they offer—a Buick isn't what I paid for. Zero stars for the experience. No stars ive had better buying experiences for offer up and co part.
No ac.
Motors mounts
Driver safety alert system malfunction
Suspension service alert
Was low on coolant
Key fob was non recognizable ate on lookin
Crazy the experience they gave me and make me feel like it was my fault
They dont inspect there vehicles right felt like I was being rushed the whole time.

I recently purchased a new truck at AutoNation on Sahara, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
My interaction began via text with a representative who offered me a deal I simply couldn’t refuse. As a retiree of General Motors, I know the industry well, so I was incredibly grateful that they were upfront and gave me the bottom line number before I even walked into the building. It was refreshing to deal with that level of transparency.
Once I arrived, my salesman was fantastic. He was attentive, actually listened to my specific needs and wants, and didn't waste my time—the process was quick and efficient.
I’ve also had a chance to work with the service department to address a couple of minor, expected issues that inevitably come with a brand-new vehicle that's never been owned before. My experience with them has been excellent as well.
If you are looking for a no-nonsense buying experience and a great deal, I highly recommend this team.

Reggie went above and beyond for us. The entire team at AutoNation was insanely good. They were prompt with texting calls and bent over backwards to make sure we’re taken care of. They even gave my daughter a coloring book So her and my son would not get bored during the car shopping experience. They were real upfront and didn’t haggle or try to manipulate prices at all. It was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had shopping for a car. I’m so grateful for the experience I had and how my children were treated

Let me start by saying I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews—especially since my salesperson was genuinely kind and helpful. I recently purchased a 2021 RAM Rebel Ecodiesel from this dealership. The customer service at first was great: I was offered a drink, and the entire buying process only took a couple of hours.
My salesperson (who I won’t name) was fantastic. He took me on a test drive, and I was thrilled—it was my dream truck. When we got back, they appraised my trade-in. The offer wasn’t great, but not terrible, and I accepted it. They also disclosed that the truck had two minor accidents and showed me the Carfax. I appreciated the transparency, and since the truck looked good overall—just a few paint chips and blemishes—I moved forward.
They mentioned that one of the tires had gone flat and had been replaced with a new one. At the time, that seemed fine.
After driving the truck for a day, I decided to check the tread depth myself. That’s when I noticed the replaced tire had 1/8" more tread than the others—on a 4x4 truck. That’s a big deal, as it can cause drivetrain damage. I called my salesperson, and he acknowledged it but said they might be able to replace one rear tire to match. Later, I received a call back from the general manager: no go on replacing the additional tire.
Frustrated, I began to inspect the truck more closely, especially since they claimed a 131-point inspection had been done. The more I looked, the more issues I found—uneven panel gaps, one headlight sitting higher than the other, and other signs of poor repair work. Suddenly, the two “minor” accidents didn’t feel so minor.
I realize I should’ve caught these things before signing, but I was just so excited—it had been 9 years since I bought a new truck. Now, I feel like I paid $43,000 for a lemon.
I'll attach photos to show what I mean. I truly wish this had been a better experience
