I was hesitating between Clinic DC and One Skin. Ended up choosing this place. What a waste of my time. 2 appointments taken, both rescheduled/cancelled. They call me 1h30 before my appointment to say it's cancelled. If the rolls were reversed, they would have taken money from my credit card. Very professional 🙄 Weeks wasted when I could have gotten my treatments somewhere else!

I should have taken those cancellations as a sign from God! I still ended up going. They put 30 units of Botox above my brows/forehead. My look has completely changed! I even went to do my lips somewhere else between appointments (because at One Skin, even if you use .5ml. They want you to pay for the full syringe 700$+tx)... Anyhow the girls at the other clinic said it was completely wrongly done. Even my friends this weekend told me I had a more severe look. One of my arched eyebrow is now straight.
I think Dr. Ducharme heard from the secretary that I was not happy with my results, so came in the room with an attitude, completely on the defensive. Said the work is perfect. "What's the problem?" Said I was hostile because I was telling her my sentiment while she was being combative. Lesson learnt on my end. I suggest people go to another clinic for Botox, like Clinic DC. Only come here if you want to look worse than how you came in! She was kind at first to get your money, but a complete douche when it came to accepting it wasn't done right or that there was corrections to be made, dû to it not being done right!! Both assistants on both occasions were very nice though. The first one even told me "what are you doing here, you don't need Botox" I should have listened 😞

Oh yes, and her defence was: well we went with your budget!!?? Laughable. She assessed my face told me how many units I needed and I said ok. I never told her I had a budget!! She said I did NOT need to do my crows feet. But as I do my research, I see that if she would have done the corners of my eyes as well, everything would have balanced out!

I had such an amazing experience at OneSkin today for my facial! From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional. My esthetician was amazing, very informative, gentle, and took the time to explain everything throughout the treatment, which made me feel super comfortable and cared for. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, relaxing, and has such a luxurious atmosphere. You can really tell they care about their clients and the overall experience. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and already excited to come back. Highly recommend!

I had my first treatment with Mona, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell she’s truly in her element. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last, many more to come!

Wonderful experience at clinique One Skin. First, they have a great hospitality, the receptionist is very kind to us. Second, Mona took good care of me today. She explains everything that she does and why. She took pictures and explains all the results about my skin. The skin care was imore than I expected. The most professional Clinique I’ve ever went annd I did a lot. My next appointment is already booked. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing clinic! Brand new, spotless, and staffed by a highly professional team—from scheduling the appointment, to the warm welcome at reception, to the thorough examination by the expert. I saw Mona today, and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She explained the different layers of the skin in detail and recommended a personalized treatment plan for me. I purchased SkinCeuticals serums and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this clinic!

It was my third HydraFacial with Mona at Clinique One Skin, and it was truly amazing. She’s incredibly patient and so detail-oriented—I’ve never had a treatment done with that level of care.

They also send you off with the cutest little “goodbye” box when you leave, which is such a thoughtful touch.

Highly recommend!
