Absolutely the worst place to bank, contant fraud issues, no one ever answers the phone, their system is constantly going down. Avoid even if you're in the union.

If your mail is going to the wrong address, and have been told that but the person receiving the mail, don't worry, they won't call you about it. They'll wait until "protocol" exists. It's obvious fraud, and your credit union is doing nothing about it.

Five stars for amazing employees. Great for car loans. Everything else is questionable. Flags legit transactions while allowing fraudulent ones to go through. Will flag a troll clothing company purchase for less than $100 as suspicious but let a “Bad Hair Days” transaction for $900 go through. We keep our car loans and one of our credit cards here but have moved to another credit union where we have had no compromised cards. With OE our cards were compromised regularly. Great people. The bank used to be pretty fabulous. Not sure what has happened but that’s my two cents on the subject. Not so great anymore.

So many times, these employees have helped me and my family, thru our banking needs. Recently, I sold a trailer that OEFCU was the lien holder, the buyer and wife was very impressed with the efficiency, and quickness everything was settled. Thank you ladies!!
