I enjoy being bald, I've been bald longer than not, but I'm aware that for a lot of men it's not the best look when you don't have a hairline to frame your face. I practically looked like an egg on shoulders. Out of curiosity, I decided on a whim to get SMP done with zero expectations, if I didn't like it I could simply get it lasered off. I hardly did any research - I looked at photos from 3 different places and decided on SMP Masters just because it was close by. To my surprise, the SMP turned out incredible and actually looks like real hair follicles. Justin is a true artist - he isn't bound by time constraints, we actually went over time for every session, but he kept pushing on without a break, lost in his work, and completely zoned in because he doesn't settle for anything less than perfection. He would be so focused that he literally sweat buckets, so much so that I decided to bring a fan to the later sessions to cool him off from cooking so hard. Gene is great too, the guy didn't really have to be there for the procedure, but he stayed the whole time as moral support and was always available for anything you needed - listening to these guys riff while getting the procedure done was premium entertainment. All in all, I'm glad I serendipitously landed on SMP Masters, and got one, if not the greatest, SMP artists around to do my SMP. I can't even express how much I appreciate these guys. If you want your SMP done right, go with these guys.

Had my smp done in 3 sessions for 2400, was very happy with the results, Justin is a Beast at smp and truly a master of his craft, he really cares about his work and doesn’t rush the process. Thank god I looked at the before and after pics from a few top clinics and compared them with smp masters because their work is incredible and way better than the other top clinics in the city. The quality at smp masters is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. I will keep coming back for touch ups in the future. Best decision I’ve made in my life was coming here. Justin is hands down the best, this is the best SMP you’ll find. I’ve been going to him for 5 years and just came back for a touch up and FUE camouflage, results are always on point. Highly recommended!! These guys were great. Justin helped conceal both of my FUE and FUT scars and on top of that he did a full natural hairline smp procedure for the top of the scalp to blend in with a fade. Gene was great setting everything up and walking me through the process. The smp was performed very meticulously, not rushed like ive seen in every other clinic, which is what i cared about the most considering it lasts for years and i wanted it to be perfect. Couldnt be happier with results, glad i found them when i did.

Justin did an outstanding job on my scalp micropigmentation. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and pays close attention to every detail. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and took the time to explain everything so I knew what to expect.

Ever since getting my first smp over a decade ago ive been constantly looking for the highest quality smp clinics in the world and i always thought manhattan had the best, my issue was just that for me i never was completely satisfied with the results. IMO these guys are the best in the New York. After trying what i thought were 2 of the best clinics in Manhattan i can truly say these guys are at least 30% better, you can easily tell by the longer sessions it takes them to make it perfect. The lead tech Justin came from scalp micro usa and decided to branch on his own. His work is so much more detailed, the scalp micropigmentation just looks like real hair. He never rushes and he wont let you leave until its perfect, i really appreciate him for that.

When I first walked in for a consultation, Eugene and Justin were extremely professional. I was able to see Justin doing a procedure when I got there, and loved the whole process. It is a very clean and safe environment. I did 3 sessions and I’m extremely happy with the results. My scars from years of unsightly transplants are completely covered in the back of my head and looks so natural. It’s amazing how the pigments blend in perfectly. I also got the top and sides of my head done, and it also blends in beautifully, as well as the soft looking hairline. Justine took his time and never rushed in any of the sessions. The amount and quality of his job is the best. With years of experience that they have, I absolutely recommend using this company.
