Dr. Sahni is one of the best doctor in Calgary. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and gives you the best advice and options for your treatment. I was surprised to see how he found out the root cause of my medical condition on my first visit when other doctors couldn’t find it in 10 yrs. My life has changed since. I came here a couple weeks back for a doctors note, and after some reflection am so appalled by ‘Dr. Mary samoli’ that I have to write this so no one else with psychological issues becomes her next victim.
I had been struggling in my personal life with my mental health and felt like a two week leave from work to spend with family and finding myself was severely needed - I had told this doctor that I had already talked with my manager about this - who was totally okay with my leave but needed a doctors note to make it official. I told the doctor this, who I’m not even kidding gives me side eye and starts telling me that I should probably get some anxiety medication. I told her about my uncles passing, as he had just passed a couple days before this appointment, and that I just needed some time to spend with my family. She looks me in the eye and says ‘okay, 1 week is enough to get over a death’. I was so appalled I didn’t even know what to say. Eventually I said I needed two weeks and if I’m paying for a doctors note I’ll go elsewhere, that’s when she begrudgingly said I could have 2 weeks, obviously upset about it which I could not understand why. But yeah. She told me 1 week was enough to get over a death of a loved one. Her exact words. I’m not a doctor, but I know that grief works in many ways, maybe it would be a week for some people, but some people it could be years. I don’t understand what her problem could have been with me? But I felt so torn down already that to have a “professional” say that to me just made matters much much worse. I will never be going to this clinic again and if you happen to need a doctors note I recommend going literally anywhere else. I had to get a doctors note a few years back and they didn’t even ask questions just gave it to me with a brief explanation. And when she asked - she just kept saying I needed anxiety meds and was only willing to give me 1 week until I told her I was going elsewhere. (She’s the short one with pumpkin orange dyed hair) she should NOT be aloud to take any patients for mental health!! Good riddance

Got in right away as walk in which was nice, but Dr. Told me to take pepto Bismol and we had discussed that im allergic to an ingredient in it. So glad I read the package or I would have been in hospital.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sahni's for approximately 8 years. Dr. Sahni has been the best family physician I have ever had. He is a very busy Dr. but is very efficient and can address a number of different issues in a regular 10 minute consultation. His assessments, recommendations and treatments are always extremely helpful. In addition, I have always been able to see Dr. Sahni as a walk-in patient when he is already fully booked. Dr. Sahni is also very compassionate, cares for his patients and is very down to earth. Referrals to specialists, when required, have always occurred right away. I consider myself very lucky that Dr. Sahni is my family physician and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Sahni is the best family physician we have had so far! He has been our GP for more than 10 years. The most important thing is accuracy in diagnosis and he's been bang on accuarate. Dr. Sahni is busy but approachable, intelligent yet easy going. We have seen Dr. Andrawes couple of times when Dr. Sahni was away, he's excellent as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Andrewes for 9 years and I feel so lucky I was able to find this clinic back then. I have kids now and are all under the same doctor. He is very caring and will address all issues with compassion. I find the clinic always clean and organized. There are days that can be busy and wait times can go over an hour even for a scheduled appointment but most times it's been pretty fast. The front office team are all very nice and friendly. It's also convenient to have a pharmacy right in the same building. They have a big tv in the waiting area but I never really see it on for a while now. Over all this is a great clinic.
